We have been delighted with Cub Pharmacy. We were apprehensive about leaving a big brand pharmacy but it has been an easy and smooth transition. Their attention to detail, kindness, patience, ability to reach them on the phone within a couple minutes, is a game changer.

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with the pharmacy in Stillwater. They are knowledgeable, courteous and always willing to help. I notice that the people who have “negative” opinions/experiences often create the issue themselves and instead of owning up to it and fixing it they find it easier to blame others.

I spoke with the Pharmacist on staff this morning about a problem I was having with a medication. She was compassionate, caring, and took the time to answer all of my questions, even though she was clearly VERY busy filling hundreds of scripts. People don't appreciate how much time it takes to do a pharmacist's job, and the level of expertise that they must have! (It's not like people's lives are at stake or anything...) Seriously, be patient and give our pharmacists a break! Thank you, Dr. McCarthy, for your outstanding service!!!

I visited the Cub Pharmacy on a Monday morning to ask questions about a Covid booster vaccine. They were very friendly and accommodating. I told them I was willing to wait. I filled out the paperwork, and within 30 minutes I was getting my booster. I did not expect such efficient service on a Monday morning! Thank you Cub pharmacists for such great service, and I will be back for my ShIngrix vaccine soon.

Slowest pharmacy in town, and incredibly rude. Drive-up window appears to be a perk until you sit in the line for an insane amount of time, every time. Pharmacist and employees are very rude as well. I stopped using this pharmacy for these reasons then tried going back a few years later and it’s the same old stuff, so back to Target I go.

Hold time to talk with staff is never less than 15 minutes, regardless of time or day. And rarely do I get pleasant service. Time to fill a new prescription can be more than a day. Staff up, Cub! Encourage pleasant service, please. I take my business elsewhere when possible.

My husband who has cancer and going through chemo decided to try and get some grocery gift cards for our sons at the customer service desk. The guy working hummed and hawed because he didn’t want my husband to pay for them there gave him a I’m disgusted to do this attitude and then slammed the little partition door like OMG your seriously gonna disrespect a sick older gentleman because why? We will never purchase gift cards or our money on groceries at that store agin. Shame on you for treating my ill husband so horribly especially when he had to muster the little energy he had to try and do something for our sons!

The rudest experiences I’ve ever had just trying to get a prescription filled.Absolutely would not use these folks.Try Walgreens or another close by.

We’re from out of town and my son had an issue that required specialized medication. Cub was our 4th pharmacy of the day, and although they didn’t have medication on hand - the pharmacist identified the problem (it was with the provider) and called multiple other pharmacies in the area to see who could help. Eventually they found another pharmacy (Walmart who also deserves a shoutout) and called ahead for us. We never spent a dime at Cub, but they were so gracious in helping us to figure it all out unlike the previous 3 pharmacies. Outstanding customer service.
