She let me look for what I needed and resumed her task. Shelly was pleasant at check out. The Oak Park Heights store is the best of all Kohl's stores.”

“To be honest my perception of Nordstrom from viewing on the website was I'm going to the land of Oz, so my expectations were extremely high, I thought it was going to be the ultimate shopping experience with thousands of boots and shoes to choose from, well they do have an assortment of footwear, just not what I pictured, you can order from the Internet and have them shipped to the store, but over all the store is nice, people are nice, so yeah good store ?????”

Makeup seemed pretty cluttered when I visited today.
Cashier’s barely interact with you when you’re checking out. They were not very busy, so I don’t know why they can’t be friendlier.
My favorite part of the store is all the nice items, and such variety!!”
“Walmart is pretty standard. However, this store is cleaner than average. Although slightly more difficult to get help than some stores, it's still a well above average shopping experience.”

“I live quite aways from Home Goods but when in the area I make a stop. This trip was disappointing. The store was cluttered with items needing to be placed on display. It was difficult to get around the store. I did find one item but after trying to walk the store with all the extra shelving if merchandise I gave up and left. Although the clerks at checkout were very nice the shipping experience left something to be desired. I went on a Wednesday, one would think it would be an easy shopping experience, it was not”

“This is my go-to Target! It's smaller but it's always clean, organized, and I know where to find the things I need. It's not super crowded with a lot of people. The staff is always friendly and their customer service is great.
Update 5/22/2024 - I've been coming here daily, for 10 years now. With the whole re-model, I really don't like that we cannot self check out as much anymore during a certain time. I like to shop early @ 7-8 am & do my check out in peace & quiet at the self check-out, lol. I don't want any communication. ? I know this is the new Target guidelines. But I hate it! Customer service had always been great, though.”
“Probably one of the nicest Target stores in the Twin Cities. Store is normally well stocked. Great selection of produce. Many checkouts, so usually short wait times. Large, accessible parking area as well.”

“I ordered some items via the target app via a drive up pick up. I don't normally go to this target but they had what I needed. I'm impressed that the drive up pick up parking area is not anywhere near the entrance/exit to the target which makes navigating the parking lot and avoiding a highly traffic area with those on foot entering and exiting target ...smart move target!”
“I was recently at the Oak Park Heights Walmart and was so impressed that I am taking the time to write about it! I drove past two other Walmarts to go to this one for a specific product that they had in stock according to the website. When I got there, it was not on the shelf. I really needed this item for a friend who was going through a difficult time. One of the guys working in candy checked his phone and saw that it was in the store somewhere but not on the shelves yet. He checked the boxes that came in that day, but nothing. He checked with others around him and then went to a team lead - still no product. When I was by the team lead, two managers looked into it as well. After some searching they found the product in the back room somewhere! This crew went above and beyond for me and I was a bit emotional as I finished my shopping. I also noticed someone always asked if I need help in the other department areas as I continued my shopping. Everyone was so nice, the store was neat and clean, and I now make this my regular shopping stop! Great job Oak Park Heights Walmart - you are doing an awesome job! Shopping at your store makes me happy. :-)”
“Love me some Target! This is in a decent location given what is around. They have some grocery and they also have a coffee shop inside. The parking lots at Targets are laid out a bit differently now due to Order Pick-ups but find parking is not a problem. I am sure I will be back.”
“The store was clean, and it appeared to be missing many items in the vitamin, medicine, health & beauty, and sections. This seems to be a common thing at a few stores. There were not a very many registers open that had cashiers. But I was able to get checked out in a timely manner by a human.”
“Usually great, but the hours posted for Sunday is wrong. They close at 6:00 pm. You can still get gas, but not go inside to pay. Which you have to go inside to use the coupon.”
“I want to give a big shout-out to Zohair and Abdikani. They are consistently welcoming, positive, and genuinely happy to help every time I’m in the store. Both are extremely professional, attentive, and always receptive to customer needs. Their customer service is excellent – helpful, hard-working, and reliable – and they truly create a great experience for customers.

“I was at Target using the self-checkout and bought three 12-pack sodas. I scanned them, but the price did not show the special deal (buy two, get one free). I pressed the assistance button, and Emily, who was working at self-checkout, came to help me.
Emily asked if I was a Target member. I told her I wasn’t, but she kindly used her member discount to help me get the correct deal. That was very kind and thoughtful of her.
I felt a little guilty because I’m not a Target member yet, but this experience made me consider becoming one in the future.
Emily is a diligent, professional, and very friendly employee. I truly appreciate her help and excellent customer service.”
