Was disappointed to find out it was actually a plan for one of their partner companies or something. Was at the Verizon in Stillwater mn, being helped by an associate named Jake. He was so nice and knowledgeable, that not only did I decide to switch to Verizon, I ended up purchasing two phones with two plans and I couldn't be happier. Thanks Jake and thanks Verizon for making a tough decision really easy.”

“Fosmon Wave Link 51005HOM works great for our two cats! Didn't need the bracket. Used 3M removable Velcro to attach sensor to wall 8" from floor near litter box pathway. Plugged in receiver in another centrally located room. Now when the vet visits require a "sample" we know who used the litter box. Great being able to choose chime volume and type. Can't thank these folks enough for creating a really smart unit.”

“Isaac and Jaycen were excellent to deal with. However, AT&T‘s fraud department was not so great. We’ve been AT&T customers for many many years. After speaking to the fraud department two times they still were denying us new phones. Isaac was very patient and friendly and was able to work so we were able to purchase phones. We almost took our phones and left to go to T-Mobile.”

“Had a great experience adding a new line to my account and troubleshooting my tablet data connection. Going in-person to a store was actually helpful. Falaq and Travis took good care of us. We got a new SIM card to put in a phone we brought and Travis was able to find out we had a bad SIM card in the tablet, which was why it wasn't connecting. They had a lot of people coming in after work and each of the guys were super polite and did their best to address the issues the clients were having. I know it can be stressful, as I watched many clients grumble and share their disappointment with what they were experiencing and Falaq and Travis kept their spirits up, setting the tone for helping the customer, and didn't get sucked into the drama of the problem. I thought that was amazing, since everyone who walks in the door basically had a big phone issue going on and didn't know how to solve it. It takes a lot of patience and people skills to do what they do and they did a great job. Thanks!”
