He is a great multitasker and has great energy (bouncing from customer to customer as needed while not neglecting me). He has awesome people skills and even left me at one point to hold the door open for someone who may have needed help. Colton wasn't pushy with any add-on sales. In fact, I brought up internet service and within minutes he reduced my current internet bill by about 60% so I left my current provider right on the spot!
