USAA sent me here and it was a terrible experience. A complete waste of time on two occasions. They didn't have a full size car available and wanted me to pay for the next size larger. The ONLY size vehicles they had available were a minivan and SUVs. Not a single car of ANY size at at either the Stillwater or Hudson location. I was told the confirmation was in the system but not a reservation. I was told to call and talk to my insurance company to get them to pay more to cover a larger vehicle since they didn't have a full size car available and I drive an SUV. By they time my insurance arranged it all they closed. I never did a rental car from Enterprise after all the time I wasted.

When I showed up there was little waiting. Customer service and explaining everything about the rental went great. Did not have a car for me right away, however, they did accommodate a car for me on what they had available so I didn't have to wait any longer than I should have which was very professional and nice of them. Got a very nice car upgrade without any hassle or paying extra.

Super service!!! I couldn't be more pleased!I was stranded with my car broken down. I called them to rent. They didn't have any cars ready, but quickly got one cleaned up for me. They had to come and get me and knew I was running short of time, so instead of making me go back to Enterprise with them to rent the car, two of them drove down to me separately, did the rental on a handheld device and then let me go on my way while they road back to Enterprise in a different vehicle. SO PHENOMENAL! I didn't even ask for that. They were just that nice!I couldn't recommend this location MORE!!!If I could give more stars, I would!5 stars. 10 out of 10. A+++

I had a wonderful experience renting from this location! Heaven is the representative I worked with and he went above and beyond. Cleaned the snow off the rental, warmed it up for me and pulled it to the front so I could get right in at the door. He also shoveled my personal car out and cleaned it off for me after a big snowstorm here in MN so I could have an easy time getting in and out when I drove back from Iowa. I hope he is who I get to see and work with every time I rent from this location!

The Stillwater, MN location is awesome. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and will go the extra mile when they can. I have never been disappointed.

The “free upgrade” is such a sham. If the standard size and full size cost the same amount to rent, and the coupon only goes up to full size.. WHAT IS THE POINT OF THE FREE UPGRADE!? This makes me want to cancel the reservation. It’s literally a useless “Coupon”. What joke

I’ve been renting cars from Stillwater Enterprise, for many years, have only praise for those previous interactions. Scheduled online rental reservation. Arrived to pickup my car, to be told there wasn’t a reservation in my name. He then ignored me, to help a customer that arrived after I did. When he returned, I showed him the email confirmation, and he stated how he thought my name looked familiar, and reviewed online reservations. Told me how they worked with Hudson, and he wasn’t able to give me any of their cars, as he needed them all on Monday. I asked who cancelled my reservation, and he made a phone call, using the words gottcha. No idea if he was actually talking to another being on the other line, or was a fake call. After stating a car to be someplace on Monday, he told me he was able to give a car until Tuesday. Reason given for cancelling the reservation, phone number was wrong. In looking at the confirmation, the phone number is there. If they work with Hudson, then why weren’t arrangements made to transfer one of their cars to their location for Monday? Gave no apology for their mixup.

Rented a car for my kids to take north for the weekend. James & Hannah were so friendly, kind & helpful. Their boss should know they have some good employees with these 2. Would highly recommend this location!

Once again it was a good experience with the Enterprise crew. I have put a lot of miles on their vehicles and have never had a problem and they're very easy to work with.
