The Great clips on market drive is my local Great clips in Stillwater Minnesota where I go get a haircut every 3 months. I always request Rachel to cut my hair she's been cutting my hair for 15 years and it's always the best haircut. She always has funny stories to talk about while she's cutting my hair and it's just a joy. Rachel is the gem of Great clips.

Haircut for a toddler (2 years old) went well. Staff very pleasant and able to work with him. Haircut was ok, but good enough for a 2 year old.

Usually staff is nice. This lady was edgy, snotty, not real personable. Gave cash tip, grabbed off counter stuck in pocket and walked away. No thanks for tip, no thanks for coming, totally dismissive. Left bad taste on this trip.

I went in on sunday at 9:00 am..the ( lady) that cut my hair was extremely Rude!! Would not make conversation and barked at me..she did a very bad job!! Maybe you should just stay home!!!! I always tip very well but the fist time i gave nothing!
