He enjoys the weight room area a lot as he spends a good amount of time there focusing on strength training and building muscle. He likes that there is a basketball court there too but wishes it was bigger with my baskets that are different heights. Overall, enjoys it and the protein smoothies.”

“My favorite location! It is always clean, well lit, wide range of equipment for all body areas. Quiet background music and closed captioned TV monitors on to view, clean bathrooms and large space makes this location a great experience.”

“Friendly environment. Its a facility full of nice, brand new equipment. I don't understand why some reviews are bad. It's 10 bucks a month, 30 cents a day to train there. Walk in, scan your little phone, take your pre workout, and go get in shape instead of being a whiney offended Karen.”
