5525 Memorial Ave N Suites 1 & 2, Stillwater MN 55082
“I started here a few weeks ago and have been loving the experience. I was hesitant to start due to some lower back issues, but the instructors have been extremely helpful in helping me work through that and am feeling much better. The one on one time with Brent has really helped understand why crossfit makes so much sense. Highly recommended!”

“Matt, the owner, is so great. I've been going to one of his classes for several weeks now. He's very attentive to the group and his workouts push you to just the right amount of soreness the next day. He's a man of High Character, too. Highly Recommend!”

“A year later, and I'm still here. An edit to my first review. After 3 years as a member, I'm in the studio 6–7 days a week because the workouts work. The combination of strength and cardio keeps things fresh, and the challenges we have throughout the year provide a great opportunity to reassess goals and stay accountable. What keeps me coming back most, though, is the community. I've met some incredible people, formed meaningful friendships, and found a place where everyone encourages each other to succeed. Three years later, I'm still showing up—and that says it all.”

“They came through big with a couple of day passes while I was in town visiting family. No broccoli heads or weirdos filming themselves, just people taking their workouts seriously.”
