I have been dealing with Happys for the last couple years on my personal vehicles and also with our work vehicles and they have been nothing short of AWESOME. They go out of their way to make sure they get the right parts to get the job done and this last time they had me back up and running on very short notice. I would recommend them to everyone. Front right brake had been acting up for quite a while but it escalated the day before Easter into what seemed to be a seized caliper. Right away the morning after Easter Sunday I called up Happy's and Tanya was able to get my car right in for service that morning. Zach was kind enough to give me a ride home and he busted absolute hump to fix my Mariner ASAP. I assumed it would take a few days to fix the issues but he got my calipers, rotors, and pads replaced, along with the brake hose that caused the problem in the first place, and he also checked the rear drums (could not have been easy or fun on a 15 year old SUV!) and completed the inspection on my Mariner so I knew it was safe to take cross-country. Tanya called me several times throughout the day to keep me apprised of what was going on and always had a cost estimate for me, and the final cost was actually lower than the estimates. She even offered to have someone pick me up but I did not want to interrupt their work so I walked to the shop. Oh, and when I asked Tanya for her opinion on whether or not I needed new oil (oil change was 2K miles ago but also five months ago) she said it was not necessary - thank you for your honesty and for saving me some money! I am so happy to have my car back, and SO quickly too! Spectacular work Zach, and thank you all at Happy's - I can now recommend you, just as you were recommended to me! :)

The best way to keep your car running smoothly is to have a good relationship with a great mechanic. Honesty and integrity are the first 2 qualities that I think of when I talk about Happy's. I highly recommend these guys to everyone that I meet.

They've been taking superb care of my vehicles for years. Twice in the last year, I was fortunate to receive immediate help on a dead battery and a punctured tire when I expected to have to drop my car off for hours. Great customer service!

Although I haven't lived in Stillwater in years, I will never stop coming to Happy's. They are accommodating, straightforward, timely, and transparent about services and pricing. I always trust their diagnostics, and whenever I try to go somewhere closer to where I live, I always seem to end up bringing it back to Happy's eventually.

I really wanted this to be THE PLACE for me since I work so close but I’ve been so disappointed I don’t think I will return.I had a vacation planned but once in a while she would pull to the left when I applied the brakes so Happy’s let me drop it off so they could look at it; they had it for about 6 hours. I was told I needed brakes; I wasn’t surprised and the quote was reasonable. I said let’s do it and then I was told they could get the reasonably priced parts until after I had to leave on vacation. I asked if I was safe to drive and I was told I still had 10%+. FYI, I put on about 400 miles while on vacation and never felt the pull or had any concerns about stopping my vehicle.My appointment was this morning July 19, 2021. I dropped my car off a little after 7 am to a woman who was unwelcoming and unfriendly, it was not Tracy she has good soft skills. I got a message about an hour later to call back and when I did I got more bad news. They found an additional $400 of work that they said needed to be done, I asked why I hadn’t been told when it was inspected and was told it was missed. They told me it was a safety concern and I told them I need to think about it and would call back……when I called back I told them to just forget about it and take her down. They told me they already did the brakes and said I would have to sign off that I was not choosing to give them another $400 because of the safety issue. IF it was such an issue you would think it would have been caught on the inspection. How does someone trust them too make any further inspections? I have to add that on that first visit when I rounded the corner and saw the words Goodyear I cringed; Goodyear hasn’t been a good choice for me in the past either. Ugh
