Daughter and a friend just went. Nails were thick, shaped wrong, smudged and not fixed, and glue was sticking to skin along the sides of nails. Had also been told a price over the phone and the price was raised halfway through the appointment , without changes made from original information. Will not be back.
Requested style: Did not do the coffin style as requested by my daughter, they were completely squared off and not shaped.

First time there, would not recommend. I booked an appt online which seemed really convenient but then I still had to wait. Daisy gave me a very rough pedicure, cutting my cuticles & now I have an infection the next day. In addition, she did not even say hi to me or offer water, and the salon blasts 2000s Britney Spears - very unrelaxing experience overall.

I normally go here and I’ve always liked it. They usually do such a great job with clean edges and cleaning up my cuticles.
I went on Friday, April 5th and was really disappointed. Today is Tuesday, April 9th. One of my nails has already chipped. Four days later!!
You can also see from the photos that the nail polish has sloppy edges that makes it more prone to chipping. She did not paint my nails to my cuticles and left a gap there. So it looks like it’s been a couple of weeks since I’ve had my nails done but it’s only been 4 days.
My cuticles are also cut unevenly when she was cleaning them up. She was cutting the cuticles randomly without direction and without care.
Two stars because they have always been amazing in the past. Im going on a trip in two days and do not have time to fix my nails so I’m really frustrated.

I’ve been going to Luxury Nails since 2021, it’s a 25 minute drive from my house, but so worth it! Every time I book with Sophie for a dip manicure. Sophie is a perfectionist, she makes sure the dip is applied evenly, and that my nails are the perfect shape. I’ve never had a nail chip or break, the color even looks fresh after 3 weeks! The environment is welcoming, clean, and all the ladies are highly skilled. In addition to the great service, there is a large selection of dip colors, with matching gel polish. I love that I can get a dip manicure with a matching gel polish pedicure. I highly recommend Luxury Nails, Sophie & the whole team. You won’t be disappointed!
