I needed a slow feeder for my dog, and the gentleman who helped me was very knowledgeable and nice. He even reminded me of Petco 30 day return policy, and if it didn't work for my dog, I can return it with my receipt for a refund. It was nice to have a place I can go to get supplies the same day I need them, instead of ordering online and waiting for days.

Don't buy crickets from here! Everytime I get crickets here, over half of them die within 2 days. When I got some 2 days ago, the entire bottom of their cricket bin was full of dead crickets. Of the 30 I bought two days ago, over 15 of them have already died. They don't give out receipts either, so now I can't get a refund. I'll definitely be going to Petsmart from now on.

My dog loves coming in here! They have anything and everything you could ever possibly need for just about any type of animal. The dog food I buy is a bit more expensive than the prices at Walmart, but that's okay because I can't bring her into Walmart lol. Friendly and helpful staff here.

The lady with blond hair and glasses at the register was very rude to me. She also didn’t even ask if I wanted a bag even though I had multiple items. When I asked for one kindly, she looked visibly annoyed, stared at me, sighed and said sure. Very bad customer service!

I needed to return a product. Wrong size. The associate who assisted me was friendly, responsive, and treated me well. No complaints.

I like the smaller bags for royal canin cat food because they keep the food fresh until the end. The large bags last longer but the food gets stale. Those zip-lock things don't work long enough.

Was able to find everything I needed for my dog. Kids were able to get shots for their pup. Checkout was a breeze.

Michelle did a great job offering her expertise with our 2 puppies in puppy kindergarten. Major improvements in behavior from the direction she gave during our sessions. The only downside to this location is the area is very small for the training center. We have noticed at other locations they have very large dedicated spaces for training. This location needs more space, there is no getting around it. If you build it they will come.

The best most accommodating staff you could ask for! They actually take the time to listen to your questions and answer thoroughly. I’ve been to many Petco’s, but this one’s by far the best.
