River Market is my go to for just about everything. They have a phenomenal selection of natural healing products, I’ve been able to find so many ingredients I needed there that I can’t get at the big box grocery stores. Even the scent of the store is comforting when you walk in.

Upscale little coop that feels like it belongs in South Minneapolis. Lots of good looking produce and meats.

Eureka I've found it!Since my introduction to the Cuban Sandwich at Tony O's little stand on the 3rd level at Target Field 10 years ago, I've been in search of it's equal. I haven't found one in the Twin Cities... or any other place I've visited for that matter! Today my search ended at River Market. This is a new item at the deli and let me tell you, I'd probably be willing to pay twice as much for it, amazing...and not only will I be back, I'll be telling all my friends! Special shout out to the young ladies working there on 6/9/23. My granddaughter and I were just one of 3 pairs waiting to order at 5:56. With closing at 6, I figured we were too late, but they graciously stayed and took all our orders, though I could tell they were shutting down. This wouldn't happen in many places... we would have been turned away. Thanks girls!

Fantastic! I am so grateful for the kind, thorough assistance I receive. As an old timer from the beginning days of this coop, I am committed to supporting this newest version of the market. Yes, "Cooperation" has remained the purist thread of store operation. I am proud to be a memer.PEACE ?♀️

My family and I used to love coming from Woodbury to eat the fresh made food, burritos and smoothies. Unfortunately they removed the ability to eat the hot food in the store. When we asked, a cashier oddly said it was never safe to eat food in the store. They fully bought into the covid silliness and now they don't want to let it go. At this point it seems to be a convenient excuse to lower the quality of service and justify it because "safety".

This locally cherished spot offers an abundant array of farm-fresh produce, a veritable cornucopia of spices in bulk, and a delectable assortment of nutritious, mouth-watering foods. Not to mention, their parking situation is a dream come true for any downtown shopper. On a recent visit, I had the good fortune to engage in an enlightening conversation with a friendly deli counter employee about their renowned pesto pizza. The exchange unfolded as follows:"Excuse me," I began tentatively, "I've heard great things about your pesto pizza. What makes it so special?"The employee beamed with pride, responding, "Our pesto pizza is crafted with a rich, homemade basil pesto, sun-dried tomatoes, and a blend of mozzarella and feta cheese. It's baked to perfection on a scrumptious, crispy crust.""I must say, that sounds positively divine," I replied, my taste buds already tingling with anticipation. "Is there a secret ingredient or technique that sets it apart?""Well," the employee leaned in conspiratorially, "it's not much of a secret, but we use only the freshest, locally sourced ingredients. Plus, our pesto is made in-house, which really adds a certain je ne sais quoi."My curiosity piqued, I couldn't resist asking, "What do you think would pair well with your pesto pizza? I'm on the lookout for a non-alcoholic beverage, as I'll be driving later."The employee thought for a moment before suggesting, "I'd recommend our house-made ginger lemonade. Its zesty, tangy flavor complements the richness of the pizza quite nicely."Needless to say, I left the River Market Community Co-op with a satisfied smile and a newfound appreciation for their dedication to quality, locally sourced ingredients, and the delightful people who make it all happen. It's a true testament to the vibrant spirit of Stillwater.

Love this place so much! Always have what I need for making my own tea concoctions, elderberry syrup shots and much more! More healthier than any other store!

As a member for over 25 years, it has been a continual disappointment to walk into the co-op. Every single time, the greeting is horrendous and rude, and the staff puts off an arrogant and uppity vibe. It always feels as though they are utterly inconvenienced by our presence and patronage. It’s a disappointment to continually try to support River Market.

The Fresh Produce Dept. has gone down in quality to an all time low.My wife picked up several items yesterday and the winter squash code 74786 I poked my finger into the side, soft and rotten in side. The carrots code 74562 are soft and the ends are turning black.I will return on Friday. Who's Sorting The Produce ??I have been shopping here since the Valley Co-op days.

I really like shopping at food co-ops. You never know what you will find. My friend and I bought a few items. We'll return when we're back in Stillwater. Stillwater is a very quaint town and so much fun to shop at. Lot's of different shops, cooking, clothing, antiques, pet stores and more. I love going in to all the stores, even if it is just window shopping. Even walking along side the river is nice. Stillwater is gorgeous in the Summer. Outdoor dining. There is also gondola ride's. That's so romantic to go on one, I'm sure. I really like Stillwater, Minnesota.

The cashiers and deli staff are friendly and helpful. The review is completely about the incompetent management. There’s one in particular that will argue when there’s a reasonable complaint to give
