Bought an engine from them, it turned out to not be the correct one for my car. Went in about 2-3 weeks later to return. I just explained that to the guy up front and he got it unloaded from my car and made the return very smooth and quick, no questions asked or attitude. Will def buy from them in the future.

Drove an hour 30 minutes for a part they told me was silver. Got up there, it was white, and they told me, “yeah, so we didn’t actually have a silver one.” Wasted my time and have to drive another hour and 30 minutes with nothing.

We repair over 200 vehicles a month, been using them for years. Last week bought an engine, when it came in, tech could not even rotate the engine with a breaker bar. The Engine number did not match the engine code and number of the reciept. We made a video, pictures and sent it to them, they took the engine and wont refund it the amount or better, just send another one, we still need one. They want to charge a 20% restocking, or telling us to install it and if its bad, they we replace it, and to cover labor, we need to be a a $519 labor warranty. How delusional do we have to be to install an engine that cant even be rotated with a huge breaker bar. Ben blocked the shops number, then we finally reached someone who said will contact us shortly, and nothing. Seems like that are running some sort of shady business with these siezed engines. Will be contacting Wisconsin DOT and dealer services to get the resolved. Huge run around, just waste of time and hassle when your running a shop. Stay away.

BEWARE!!We purchased a used vehicle from a dealership that had a used engine. 3K miles in the engine blows. Luckily it had a warranty through Sharp/Bay auto. The replacement engine had a bunch of broken parts in which Sharp states to keep the engine closed up which is fair however it took away from the total labor allowance of the warranty that in turn we ended up paying for. Warranties also do not include fluids or gaskets!!! So plan to spend hundreds extra for that. Tried for over a week to get on the phone with someone to question them about it. Literally had to make the operator track someone down to be at their desk to take my call. Very unprofessional. Asked how many miles were on the replacement and intially the rep said ill have to get that info for you...like what? Why wasnt it included on the paperwork?, also took over a week to get this info. SHADY SHADY SHADY. Not to mention the mechanic that replaced the replacement engine stated he already sees major flaws in the replacement and wont even allow us to drive outside of 30 miles of our location due to the poor quality of the replacement.

My husband and I bought a motor from them that got sent from their Greenbay location. Got the motor put in to find out the timing is probably off and if you know anything about Acadia motors doing a timing sucks ass so we just wanted to return it cuz what if it wasn’t even that. Come to find out it’s damn near impossible to return. He called three separate times, got directed to multiple different people during those calls, to get sent an insane list of requirements expected to be able to return it. Be weary when getting a Tranny or motor from this place and be knowledgeable about their return policy because it’s strict. They got us good that’s for sure. I wish someone would have warned us so I wanted to help and warn a few people.

I get parts from these guys all the time customer service is great, but getting the part takes a little while, I just find it rude when they tell you “you’ll get the part within 3-5 days ends up being 2 weeks…

Dennis has been nothing short of spectacular. I wish I could say the same for John and wouldn't mind his calls being reviewed.. Quick to be combative or argumentative, to the point I feel like its bothersome to him. Terrible customer service. I bought a tailgate and I specifically told them I needed a full assembly and they sent it with a cut wire harness. I called them back to try to fix the issue and Alex (sells guy) told me he would sent to pick it up and charge me a 20% restocking fee for something they messed up. I have an autobody shop and definitely never ordering parts from them again.

I recently purchased an auto part, but unfortunately, received the incorrect item. When I attempted to return it, I was charged a restocking fee. I would suggest shopping elsewhere to avoid a similar experience.
