We as a family have nothing but positives to say about Stillwater motors. In the last 10 or so years all of our vehicles have been purchased and maintained through them. Their service department is wonderful, very clear in things that are needed vs potential needs, and they communicate well. Their sales department doesn’t strong arm you, they help you make an educated intelligent decision. I’d be shocked if we ever purchase or get a vehicle serviced anywhere else!

We worked with Tim in Sales & Brian in finance to purchase our new Buick Envision, and it was an all around smooth & easy process start to finish! We would definitely recommend to anyone searching for a vehicle. They all answered our questions & were patient with us, and made the experience great!

I had my last two oil changes here and the oil filter came loose both times, leaking a total of 4 quarts in my garage. I mentioned the first leakage at the second oil change and they showed zero concern. I filed a complaint after the second leakage and they don't care enough to even reply. I will be challenging payments via credit card, but this has been beyond unprofessional. They might damage your vehicle and won't stand behind their services.

Highly recommend this dealership! I worked with Dale on the purchase of my new car. He was honest, had great communication and went above and beyond to make it a great experience. He was thorough and thoughtful about everything. Dale and the service/detailing crew made sure everything was perfect before sending me home with it.Was also very impressed with Rich in finance. He shopped around and worked hard to find me the best rates. He explained everything very well and made it a quick and positive experience.Definitely will be back and cannot say enough good things about the experience from start to finish!

Service department process very organized. They stated it would take about 1 1/2 hours and they hit the mark. Very satisfied with the service performed. The service staff is very professional and helpful.

I was involved in an accident last year and State Farm has a program called Select Service in which Stillwater Motors is a provider. My car was towed there and a few months later when the repairs were completed, I arrived to see that my vehicle was in shambles. I had verified if they were able to repair Mercedes, and Denny assured me that it would be fine. I returned two more times with complaints of clunking and the overall drive ability was not the same. Denny assured me that I was imagining it and to let it go - there was nothing more to be done. 6 months later I am in another state and my car is being serviced at the dealership. They proceed to tell me that the vehicle has a ton of damage, missing bolts on the quarter panel and double sided tape to attach the fender. I am now waiting for Caliber Collision to complete the repair of their repairs... and I would advise you to proceed with caution if you are considering a repair with them.

Purchased vehicle from new salesman Oscar. He was friendly but was to call by next morning to give me time to come in to bring in vehicle for final detail and repairs. We agreed on a morning appointment since I was going to be in town. No call until 1pm. Picked up later in day to find service light still on, took over hour to fix and once home found detail lacking. Fries still in corners and sticky stuff on edges of seats. The ignition also is tricky have work it to turn sometimes.

When you spend $45k on a Buick. You bring it in for a transmission issue, and they change the fluid and don't address the issue. Then the vehicle gets stuck in 3rd gear coming home on vacation. I set up an appointment to have this looked at again. I told them I needed a vehicle and the guy just sets up a ride. The lady at the desk was some what snippy with me about how she didn't have me on the list for a loaner. Worst customer service ever!!!! I would never recommend anyone to go here. They could have given me a used vehicle on the back lot for the day. I still have half a mind to trade this off and go back to a Toyota!!!!UPDATE::: just received a call from the dealer. He said Nothing is wrong with the vehicle. Thats just how the transmission is in them. He has another one there and it's the same way. When my vehicle is stuck in gear and I can not shift it manually except for drive, park, and reverse also only goes 55 mph before revving out to 5000 RPMs. I DONT BELIEVE THAT IS NORMAL WITH NOTHING WRONG!!Just picked up vehicle and was charged 100 dollars for a repair that I didn't authorize to be done. Why would I pay $100 for a $33 part I could have done myself?

I bought an Impala with 57.8k miles. It started shaking and the front brakes squeaked 1 week after purchase. They replaced the rear rotors and brakes free of charge. Then right when the 1k mile warranty expired, the transmission started shifting weird like it doesnt know what gear to go into. 1k miles later the tranny slipped. I have now had the car for 2k miles and drained the tranny fluid, it is BLACK. I have also had to replace the rear shocks, front brakes, and now the front struts are clunking. I am a fool for paying sticker price, I trusted a car from a dealership too much. I bought it because I was sick of working on cheap cars from craigslist, and have ended up working on this car more than any car with over 200k miles.

despite all the bad reviews i had a amazing experience at this dealership! i bought a used car about 2 weeks ago and it's been nothing but amazing! they were so friendly and walked me through everything about buying my first car! i would recommend to anyone!

Customer satisfaction is not important to the owners if this location. For years getting service or oil changes at this dealership has been a struggle. They refuse to take any appointments for oil changes and they don't care that customers want appointments. I have gone several times to get an oil change this month to be turned away because they are too busy and can't get it done before they close. So I ask when would be a better time. They always say between 2-3 pm. Yet that's the time I've been coming and I keep getting refused service. I pressed and asked why appointments can't be made and was told it's because the owners don't feel it's necessary. Um clearly the owners are clueless because the customers want it and when customers are being turned away it's clear you need appointments. I was told the owners are aware that customers want appointments but they refuse to do it.

Shout out to Dale for being a wonderful and honest salesman ? he was very professional From the moment I called him regarding a vehicle that I was interested in because me and my son needed something nice and reliable with low miles!. At first someone else was looking to purchase the vehicle that I have but decided to go with something else he went above and beyond, and contacted me back as soon as possible regarding the Chevrolet Trax, an got straight to business! Very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable answering questions, making sure I was satisfied in not just TAKING MY MONEY like most people would in the world we live in. Only issue I did come across was my brakes squeaking which I did mention to him because it shouldn’t be after purchasing so I went in over the weekend to get the issue resolved but today I heard it as well so I will be contacting them, otherwise I would give a 5 star. But I have been around this company for years very good customer service

On March 16th (not April 24th as this email suggested), I had my car serviced. Travis was my contact. Horrible customer service. Lack of communication and major delays in responses. (I understand that Travis was having a hard day.) Travis was to follow up to tell me if any of my issues were covered under warranty and determine next step. No communication came. I texted Travis on 4/10/2023 asking for follow up. Called Travis on 4/11/23, no answer left message. Called Steve on 4/17 no answer - left message. Called Tim Gant on 4/18, spoke with. No follow up. Called Tim on 4/24 for follow up - had to leave a message. By this time, I'm extremely frustrated and angry. Steve finally called, confirmed nothing covered, and then asked if I wanted him to order parts. To which I responded, "absolutely not. I will take my vehicle to a mechanic I trust and who is communicative. I may bring my vehicle to your service department for warranty work, but probably not." For the record, I am more than willing to cut someone slack for a bad day. But the amount of effort I had to go through to get a phone call back is inexcusable!

Sold me a used car 21 jeep 21k miles.. it’s a lemon and I asked for their service department to look at it and they refused.. said go to a jeep dealer. Called 2 weeks later since there was no oil pressure and asked for my trade in back and them to take this jeep back they said no. Go though jeep dealer . Do not recommend. Terrible customer service

By far the fastest and easiest experience I've ever had buying a car. Rich and Anthony took care of my wife and I from start to finish we were out the door and into a new vehicle in no time. Nice price too.
