I was involved in an accident last year and State Farm has a program called Select Service in which Stillwater Motors is a provider. My car was towed there and a few months later when the repairs were completed, I arrived to see that my vehicle was in shambles. I had verified if they were able to repair Mercedes, and Denny assured me that it would be fine. I returned two more times with complaints of clunking and the overall drive ability was not the same. Denny assured me that I was imagining it and to let it go - there was nothing more to be done. 6 months later I am in another state and my car is being serviced at the dealership. They proceed to tell me that the vehicle has a ton of damage, missing bolts on the quarter panel and double sided tape to attach the fender. I am now waiting for Caliber Collision to complete the repair of their repairs... and I would advise you to proceed with caution if you are considering a repair with them.

I bought an Impala with 57.8k miles. It started shaking and the front brakes squeaked 1 week after purchase. They replaced the rear rotors and brakes free of charge. Then right when the 1k mile warranty expired, the transmission started shifting weird like it doesnt know what gear to go into. 1k miles later the tranny slipped. I have now had the car for 2k miles and drained the tranny fluid, it is BLACK. I have also had to replace the rear shocks, front brakes, and now the front struts are clunking. I am a fool for paying sticker price, I trusted a car from a dealership too much. I bought it because I was sick of working on cheap cars from craigslist, and have ended up working on this car more than any car with over 200k miles.

Customer satisfaction is not important to the owners if this location. For years getting service or oil changes at this dealership has been a struggle. They refuse to take any appointments for oil changes and they don't care that customers want appointments. I have gone several times to get an oil change this month to be turned away because they are too busy and can't get it done before they close. So I ask when would be a better time. They always say between 2-3 pm. Yet that's the time I've been coming and I keep getting refused service. I pressed and asked why appointments can't be made and was told it's because the owners don't feel it's necessary. Um clearly the owners are clueless because the customers want it and when customers are being turned away it's clear you need appointments. I was told the owners are aware that customers want appointments but they refuse to do it.

deer hits car! car needs radiator and hood replacement. went to gm dealer for my cadillac. i want a good trouble free job. took them 6 weeks to repair. somehow they broke the windshield??? they replaced it, ok. short time later the headlamp went out. i removed from the car to find a crack that was glued together cracked again . water got in and ruined the bulb. they were willing to pay for half and i had to replace it. which you must remove the bumper!!! just thinking after 40 yrs of going there it should have been taking care of??? i wished i would have done the job myself!

Update 1/19/23: After filing report with BBB they responded to the BBB with many false claims and straight up lies. I highly recommend you go elsewhere to get your car repaired or to buy a car, as they are very unprofessional and will lie to the BBB and others as a way to not take responsibility. Why go to a company that tells lies to you, you will never know if they are telling the truth about a repair or a car that you are looking to buy

This dealership is full of CROOKS! ! I bought a truck with 50,000 miles on it, the transmission blows after just 2 months, you just wash your hands taking no accountability saying you only cover 1 month, 1,000 miles to pass me off to your incompetent Ally insurance company, and nightmare of roadside assistance that was called, I have had the Ally Warranty company lie to me no less than 4 times as their representative yells at me over the phone to hang up! The roadside assistance lied just as many times, and failed to retrieve my truck at least 3 times. They were never even the one to tow my vehicle as it was finally given a tow 4 days later, after I was informed it would be towed within 50 mins!! Your people are dishonest, and have zero credibility behind their word! You just wash your hands of have any responsibility for the issues with your hobbeled truck as I call YOU first with my issues while you just shuffle me off to others! I have lost 2 days of work calling your people, having them give me nothing but issues, as my truck is now out for 2 weeks, and still not repaired!!! And if your smart, and wise staff would like to comment on this you WILL NOT tell all the world what vehicle I drive!!!

This is another bait and switch dealership. Their online vehicles are already sold. They are using this sold inventory to drum up customers they can't support. As bad as the market is you would think a dealership with a hundred year history would focus on what they can control. Instead, their customer service and integrity are no longer part of the landscape with their personnel. It shows in their yelp.com ratings. The bad service department reviews should tell us a lot and are just the tip of the iceberg. I would avoid doing business with this dealership! Take your business somewhere else.

Stillwater Motors damaged my vehicle refuses to repair correctly. Several weeks ago I brought my truck in for a recall involving a defective air bag. When the recall was performed I received delivery of my vehicle. When I left the dealership I noticed a large crack in my dash immediately at the location of the recall. The new damage was obvious and I noticed less than a mile away from the dealer. I returned immediately to them and showed them the damage and they stated they would take care of it. The next day I received a phone call my truck was repaired. When I picked it up I noticed that the crack had just been glued back together and sanded to make it appear better. It is not nearly correct in appearance anymore and I have serious questions about the longevity and safety of the "repair". I again returned and was told there was "nothing else they will do" and that "they can't replace the dash". This is a part that was in perfect shape when I brought it in and now looks shotty. I certainly know that they are capable of replacing the part they damaged and even offered them the part number that I found from the gm parts website with a 3 minute search. I have brought this to the attention of gm corporate and the best response I got was "the dealership stands by their response" and they could offer a $100 credit for service at a gm dealership. This damaged part will be $1000-$1500 to replace with labor. I am disgusted that they will stand behind a bubble gum fix to a part they damaged and expect me just to live with it. I will never allow them to touch my vehicle again and I hope I can prevent as many people as I can from experiencing this treatment.

Got a oil change today. Was told the car would be ready in 1 hour. After 1 1/2 hours I checked to see how soon the car would be done. They said the parts were billed and would be done soon. 44 minutes later the work was finally completed. First time customer and last time customer.
