I took some old plated jewelry to be recycled and asked if another piece was worth repairing. She said only if he's going to wear it (tie tack), I told her to recycle it, too. I love Loann's honesty!

Really beautiful and unique jewelry, much of it artisan made. They also have a case of estate jewelry. Prices are fair for the jewelry. They also have clothes and other fabric goods, but I didn't look at those. Friendly and helpful staff.

Loann and her apprentice were great to work with. Communication was consistent, she answered all of our questions, and kept us well informed throughout the process. The custom ring turned out even more beautiful than I had imagined, I am still amazed. Great work, and thank you for making our engagement so special!
