Recently moved to Stillwater and have always had good luck with Target and was glad to have one close. This Target has always been understaffed and difficult to check out no matter when I go ( over lunch, evenings, weekends) I am waiting in self checkout or regular lines for a long time. Tonight, decided to try order pick up as it is close - had to wait in line 20 minutes since they had only one person at the pickup counter doing both returns and pickups. Once I got to the team member I got my order in a minute. I do believe I have moved close to the worst Target in the metro. No fault to the team members - they are just woefully understaffed.

Always and forever will Target have my heart. I will always support this target and it's staff. Always decent deals going on most weeks and at least one good deal on the app once a month or so. Kudos to Target for making a place to buy my necessities and even groceries a clean and comfortable place to do so.

I had a really odd experience in the clothing section here. I had one pair of pants to try on, and the woman working the dressing rooms had three people who hopped in line after me go into fitting rooms before me. I was too weirded out to ask questions. After every one she let in before me, she'd say "you're up next!" and then let the other person behind me go in once a room opened up. Can't say I've experienced that before!

The cashier was extremely disrespectful and rude! I have an issue with being disrespected to my face! I HANDED her the cash for my transaction and I would expect her to hand me BACK my change. She counted it out on the lower counter and pushed my change AT me! Extremely rude!

The security guard told me that they cannot tell people to wear a mask! And there two people at the target right now walking around without a mask not a good luck target.

I can't understand why this store has a low rating. If I base my review on the staff, store cleanliness, convenience, etc., you know... things that are controllable by the people running it- it's a 5 for me. I've especially appreciated the drive-up option during the pandemic, and just in general as a time saver. This team has mastered the new shopping methods. Employees are always super efficient and sweet. It's a busy store, so I understand shelves will not always be completely full- but I do always notice people working diligently to restock them. We could all use a little more patience, perspective, and understanding- especially now. I appreciate the employees working so hard, I see you! Side note: Something fun about this particular target that I've noticed since moving to the area is that you will always see people who know each other chatting in the aisles or checkout. Teachers and former students, old neighbors, professional connections, etc. It's a neat sign of a tight-knit community and I hope you all don't take that for granted.

This location has what most MN Targets in the metro area have stocked. Staff are nice and friendly! There needs to be more signage all over the store on how to wear a mask appropriately. The life you save may be the person you love the most. Remember six degrees of separation game? Too many guests do not care about the employees or other guests and wear their mask under their noses or hanging off their chins. Yeah, technically they are wearing a mask but not correctly. I am likely going to resume ordering-on-line from Amazon because I can plan ahead and get what I need without any health risks to myself or others. I know Target has curb side pick up but I would rather have it delivered from Amazon to my home for free.

The parking lot is a huge pain in my a*** It just seems like you are stuck in there and can only go one direction which makes me mad when other people take their own sweet time and trying to be all courteous and s**** I got things to do and don't like wasting time. I like that they have a pharmacy and run a good amount of clearance deals when things need to get off the shelves. I typically run here to grab household products. I don't participate in cartwheel program or the red card as that seems to be something that has taken off with the younger crowd and I just can't be bothered. The service is typically always nice enough. Glad we have a local store like this to frequent.

I'm disappointed in the overall customer service of Stillwater target. The front end employees are always so friendly and clearly care about the customers. However, some of the employees in certain areas of the store are rude and clearly are working just to get the paycheck. I approached a woman in the grocery area to ask where a product was. I said "excuse me, I have a question" she sighed, loudly, and just looked at me. I proceeded to ask where dots pretzels are located (the target app said in stock but did not give an isle #) and she said rudely like I am supposed to know "don't have them. We haven't in a long time." Then today I witnessed another associate completely stop assisting a customer. This employee was working in the fitting rooms and chatting with her co workers smiling, laughing and having a good time (it's good to enjoy your job!) an older woman approached her and asked where men's watches were located. The associated demeanor completely changed. She sounded annoyed and started walking around the men's section trying to find the watches (I understand this isn't her section so it's not her fault she didn't know where they were) then one of her co workers approached her and asked a question and the girl completely stopped helping the older woman and just walked away. I couldn't believe it.

Megan from Starbucks is a little mean. I had to wait a minute for her to even notice I was in the front, than she doesn't say anything, just stares at me till I give her my order. Than my caramel macchiato turned into a latte. Hmm.

I've lived in many different cities across the US and have always considered Target my "happy place". I will say this has been my favorite location. I like they way it's organized. Friendly staff and an in-house Starbucks.

Okay, maybe I've been a jaded city-girl far too long that any niceness melts my heart, but the workers at this Target are SO welcoming and friendly! It seems that people enjoy working there. Lines are never long even when it seems to be 'peak time'. I've gone to Quarry Target in NE Mpls for most my life, so it's refreshing to have short lines, friendly faces, and the ability to actually run-in for a quick something and get outta there in no time. My Target Obsession will live on.

The pharmacy has really gone downhill in the changeover to CVS. My text reminders stopped. And even after I signed up for them again, haven't restarted. My scrips have not been ready on time either. I miss the color coded rings on the bottles too. I really hope things get better there soon
