When arriving at the store with my three boxes to ship. I walked up to be greeted by Sam. I explained that I didn't have anything ready to ship. Sam proceeded to help with printing out the shipping labels. Sam went out of his way to make sure my experience went well.

lovely, timely service from Abby and Ruby when I called and order 11x17 posters. When I came for pickup was a problem with my order (which was my fault) and the team helped me sort it out.
