They sent my package to the wrong address and won't claim responsibility. The staff including the supervisor were also very rude and unapologetic. Old family photos lost forever. Don't use UPS if what you're sending is important to you.

Sarah went out of her way to deal w a package that ran astray & to understand why it happened. Made good immediately to get my package to right destination ASAP at UPS expense, & working w staff to avoid repeat circumstances. Great Customer Service w a smile!

I got friendly and efficient service at the UPS Store in Oak Park Heights when I went in with a bundle of legal documents to copy. CeCe, the excellent staffer who assisted me, told me that the price was the same for self-copying or leaving it with hem. She did a thorough and thoughtful job, partitioning the documents in the copied stack with little Post-It strips. The staff seemed to communicate smoothly with each other; I got the feeling they enjoy teamwork.

I want to say thank to Ge who was there - on the spot - to help me today with my two very heavy packages. He didn't even have to be asked to help me. He just asked which car was mine and hauled them both out immediately. I wish all my experiences were this nice and easy. Thank you Ge for making my day so much nicer!

Want to give a shout out to Cece for her excellent customer service. I accidentally dropped off several Amazon returns with a QC code for only one of them. Cece helped me fix the issue via phone and email so I didn’t have to come back in. I’m quite far from the store so her over-the-top service is much appreciated Thanks!!!

Sent some cupcakes to my friend and this is what she opened up her box too. I don’t understand how the cupcakes got flipped and moved out of their spots when there is specific fit spots in the plastic package for the cupcakes.

Horrible customer service. I came in to quickly today to return 5 Amazon order at 2:54. Apparently they closed this day at 3 which I was unaware of until the girl behind the desk began to huff and puff at me and rolled her eyes. Very professional. When I asked what's wrong she responded with we close at 3. Then proceeded to ask her coworker to close the door prior to close. I experienced attitude the entire encounter which was a total of 2 minutes of her time despite me being kind to her. They then proceeded to turn other patrons away. Such a poor experience.

Needed some copying done in a quick bind so yelped and found this location.It is located in a spacious strip mall area with many other businesses which also means that there was a lot of parking space :)Staff was courteous and attentive. They were quick to offer assistance and were patient as I explained what needed to be done and they performed the services accordingly. The end product was better than my expectation and the price was very reasonable.

It’s $3 for them to print a prepaid label. Give me a break. Price gouging at its finest. Not to mention the lazy UPS drivers who now think it’s acceptable to throw packages in plastic bags in 3 feet of snow at the end of our driveway, despite having been fully cleared of snow. Customer service for UPS ?????????? all around. BTW-FedEx prints labels for free.
