I never go to Stillwater post office because I always have to wait too long in line. The woman that had me was arguing with the teller that she didn't want to pay $11 for a package. The next person in line wanted 20 stamps. She kept looking for the stamps and she finally found seven. It was finally my turn and in the middle of the transaction the teller got a phone call on her cell phone and walked away from the counter to talk on the phone. I would recommend going to Bayport post office a few miles away, way better service.

I love our postal workers!!! They deserve more “thank you’s” instead of griping. Especially when it calls for a little more patience on our part!!

Stayed open late to help all of us last-minute arrivals. And they were cheerful about it too, even with lots of people shipping internationally for, it seemed, the first time in their lives. Great experience.

Always effing my mail up. ALWAYS. The mail man is constantly putting our packages in our neighbors mailbox. I guess I don’t know how hard it is to read numbers? It’s honestly stupid especially this time of year when we are spending a lot of money on holiday stuff.

I don't mail things often and needed a certified mail delivery, on june 14th, and the person working 1) was extremely rude, uncommunicative and uninterested and 2) did not give the proper delivery method- which i Specifically asked for. Since i do not know the difference (because i dont mail things cus i live in 2024, where everything is cashless, paperless, and electronic) I have dissatisfied the st croix county probate court systems, and i cant get my letter back, or my money. Very upsetting. I would give less stars if it would let me. 0/10

Keep getting letters sent back to me without an explanation. Makes no sense because I sent two Mother’s Day cards out (from my personal mailbox) and only one of them got returned. They claimed there wasn’t enough postage on there so I added one stamp. Now it got sent back again!?? There was a photo picture in there that got ruined from the rain (since the postman is incompetent and doesn’t know how to shove the mail in to the middle part of the box to protect it). Not sure who is training these people in, but they are not consistent! Very disappointed and I would like to be compensated for my time effort and stamps wasted!! What is going on…!?

Trying to pick up a certified letter 3 times now and NO ONe seems to know where it is- they just keep trying send me to the other post office and to call yet no answer ever- terrible terrible service

I've had my mail sent to 3 different addresses for over 6 months. I talked to the postmaster and she said "it will sort itself out."

Varry late getting mail out it use to be here by 2:40-3:30pm now you are lucky if it shows up by 6:00pm maks it hard to get your check in the bank wen banks close at 5PM
