3 ATMs on site, none accept deposits. Branch hours are narrow. Can't walk in and talk to a banker without setting up an appointment online. Zero customer service.

Can you please update the phone number? I deposited $110 in cash, but the ATM only said $90. This is the first time I had a problem with a cash deposit. The listed phone number is disconnected.

Super helpful teller (first initial L) worked to help me with an impossible problem caused by another bank. Another staff member also walked over to assist me.

Nothing crazy here but it's a bank. Everyone is extremely helpful. They do not have a coin machine. You have been warned.

The company can not do anything at branch level without calling their 800 number. The bankers have to wait on hold to speak with the 800 reps just like a customer. I was there 4 hours trying to close out two accts for my Dad who had passed away and I was POD on his accts. One of the most frustrating days. Also so short staffed at the Hudson Wi branch, they cant answer their phones to make appts.

Horrible customer service. Last time I went in to see a banker, I waited a long time to be greeted, phone just rings and rings when you place a call. They don’t accept any change for deposit. So, O am forced to drive around town looking for a machine. Very, very sad situation.

I went in to close my deceased dads bank account who passed very recently, i'm in my early 20s and this has been a difficult time for me. I was told by a very rude banker that the account was closed. I was confused as im the only one with a death certificate. She told me I need a court order to find out why, and said "I dont have anything else to say im going to have to ask you to leave." They were being extremely uncooperative, couldn't answer my questions, and wanted me out of there. Well, I went to the courthouse, they told me they've never heard of this, suspected fraud, and strongly encouraged me to file a police report and contact an attorney, and ensured me that they dont write probate orders for this kind of thing. My attorney also suggested a police report and to get my money out of this bank. She said if the estate was worth more she would be happy to take on a civil case against the banking! I went back to Wells Fargo to talk to someone in charge to tell them what I am being advised to do by my attorney and the court and what my plans are, and suddenly they were able to tell me who closed my dads account and where they money is, which they should've done to begin with! This has been my worst experience at any establishment EVER, especially one I trust with thousands of dollars. I was treated very poorly, given attitude, and asked to leave while I'm grieving and confused and just trying to do the right thing for my dad. I have been to the courthouse 3 times, this bank 6 times, contacted an attorney, and the police department for God's sakes! I have also experienced fraud on my credit card twice. Myself, my family, and many friends are all in the process of finding someone else to trust with our money. I will never bank with them again.

Service was friendly; needed $100’s broken down to 5’s, contention when watching teller put 5’s in counting machine facing all different directions. Just does not seem respectful…handed to me that way asked if I needed anything else???? like going to a store and clothing on the ground… disorganization leads to suspect in conscientious people.

In a world work customer service is important, these people just go through the motions and pretend. From the lack of resources in the bank to the bank manager's mediocre attitude toward customers, this place is the pits. In just one of many examples, I was walking up the sidewalk at 5 o'clock and watched them close the door and lock it. When I went up and banged on the door they explained to me that they were now closed and could no longer help me. I said I was walking up the sidewalk and you locked the door on me. They said no, they were closed. They must've had somebody standing there looking at a countdown watch and exactly at 5 o'clock locked the door. If any business that sold a product had this type of customer service they would be bankrupt.

I am only give one star because I couldn't give a HALF of a STAR!! I have been with WF for over 20 years and I walked into the Stillwater Branch today to resolve some issues and felt as if no one was willing to listen or help. I explained my situation and they still couldn't give me a solid answer. I will be in contact with the Branch to find out if I was dealing with a Manager or not because if I was then they need way more training. I left dissatisfied and them blaming another bank even though the other bank can prove the money is there WF has nothing to say and then wants to hold another check for 2 weeks. I have waited for this money since 2016 from a car accident and now it feels like I am going through it all over again.

Very frustrating experience. No help. The default is always to hand you a card with "phone bank" where the hold times are over 30 minutes.

The service is always passively friendly at this location and I've never had an issue, but today the lady who came and talked to me at the counter was beyond amazing. She went out of her way to make conversations with me even though she wasn't the one helping me, she made eye contact and asked genuine questions about my day. It was so nice to leave there feeling a little lighter. Absolutely superb customer service. She had a red striped dress. I didn't catch her name but I hope her skill set with people is recognized!
