UPDATE: I took the steps put forth by AT&T's rep in response to this review. It has been a week since I took those steps and have received absolutely no response from AT&T. Apparently their response was meant to cover up their bad behavior to those reading the reviews rather than actually resolving the issue.I regretfully find myself compelled to leave an exceedingly negative review based on my recent encounter, which undoubtedly stands as one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I've ever endured. Here's the account of my ordeal:On February 3rd, 2024, I visited the store with the intention of trading in two phones to seize an enticing offer from AT&T, which promised two complimentary phones for my account. Additionally, I expressed interest in acquiring a new tablet. They presented me with an offer for a Samsung Galaxy Tab9 A at the cost of a new line, priced at $20 per month. The deal was sweetened with a corporate discount of 50% and a store credit of $135, effectively rendering the tablet free. While the phones were readily available in-store, I was informed that the tablet would be delivered by mail.Fast forward to March 16th, and the tablet had yet to materialize. Frustrated, I returned to the store to seek clarification. Initially, they denied any record of such a transaction, seeming indifferent to my concerns. Only upon insistence did they unearth the transaction details, revealing that the order for the tablet had been inexplicably canceled. Astonishingly, they admitted to failing to notify me of this cancellation. Their solution? Directing me to contact AT&T customer service—an act that, in my view, signifies a glaring deficiency in their commitment to customer care.Following a fruitless 20-minute wait on hold with customer service, during which I received redundant information, I implored them to honor the original deal and expedite the process. Disappointingly, they refused, instead proposing pricier alternatives, leaving me feeling duped and misled.Upon returning to the store, as per the manager's suggestion, I encountered a lone employee who, after a prolonged wait, informed me that the manager was on vacation for the next week—a deliberate misstep on the manager's part, who knowingly advised me to return on a day when he would be absent to address the issue.In summation, I find it unacceptable when companies fail to uphold their promises, squander my time, and subject me to a convoluted runaround. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied and disillusioned with AT&T's customer service standards.

Store was open 20 minutes late, waited 80 minutes to talk with someone about getting a new phone. Then he kept on getting distracted and would need redirection to stay on task.

OK so the staff said yes the 800 dollar galaxy buy back phone. I'm a simple man guaranteed multiple times my bill would actually decrease like 3 dollars. Get the new phone. Only thing different is the camera pretty much. Then the bill comes it didn't decrease it over doubled. After calling corp oh yea the promotion doesn't kick I'm for 3 months. So went from 75 to 125 a month till it does. I'm going to call and see if i can get my old phone back before i pay 50 more a month. Corporate said did they not tell you any of this. Not at all. Just get the new phone your bill will go down. Keep your insurance and everything the same. Lies. From the start.

Robbie King was amazing and so helpful with us. We purchased a new phone and came back and purchased an AT&T tv from him. He also helped us pay off a bill from direct tv that had been haunting us!! Amazing amazing customer service representative for your company!
