“I dropped tires off to get balanced at the end of the day, did not expect to get them back the same day, but Chris went out of his way to get them done for me. Great guys and great service, highly recommend!”
“My husband and I went in to test drive two vehicles on the lot! Jared and Aaron were very helpful in giving us the differences in both. Test drove them but ended up test driving a third one, in which we bought! Very happy with our purchase and the extra help offered if/when we need anything after the purchase! Satisfied customers!”
“Awesome to work with. Very fast reasonable and friendly. He even noticed a seal leaking so we were able to get fixed. Recommend him to everyone that needs exhaust work done.”
“Joe in parts was awesome at communicating. He had to consult with the tech guys and called me back to schedule an appointment after he had the tech info. Very happy with the service!”
“My mom took her car here after a tire shop didn't find a bulge in a tire or check the fluids to see that it was out of coolant. My husband and I always bring our vehicles here. We've had nothing but amazing service.”
“Dales Automotive best professional mechanic I have met. He repaired wife's brakes within one hour and even aired her tires. We have driven over 1000 miles in past 7 days..perfect! Thank you Dale and for the DigiKey discount.”
“I’ve been going here for years and gotta say there the only place in this Town I would ever bring a vehicle to. From the moment you walk in the door you’re treated with much respect. There turn over rate for employees is very low for a reason and I believe that reason is they treat there employees well also. The last two times needing vehicle repairs it’s been way under the quoted amount. These people are hear to help and there good service is second to none in this town! A+++++
Thank You Greg and Crew I appreciate you all very much….”
“Helpful and professional and got my oil change and tire rotate done on time! Would recommend them. Walmart service centers can sometimes be hit or miss, and this was a good one! Friendly and helpful staff.”
“I had a flat tire and they filled up my 5 gallon air tank to fix it. That was really nice. They are always helpful & they have full service. Staff are really friendly.”

“I’d recommend Jeff and staff highly! We drove from 160 miles away for a funeral, and 15 miles south of Thief River Falls our radiator blew at 4:30pm on a Friday! (we hit something in the road). After calling 7+ auto repair places in town from a google search, we discovered not one place would even entertain fixing our automobile because they were “too busy” and don’t work on Saturdays. They were at least a week to 10 days out. I even explained we were from out of town and it didn’t matter. But when I called Jeff at Pennington, and explained our situation, he actually apologized for our situation and offered to look at our car first thing Monday morning. They had it fixed and ready to pick up by mid afternoon that same day! Our experience was fantastic working with Jeff. Thank you for understanding out-of-town travelers need priority at times too!”
