There turn over rate for employees is very low for a reason and I believe that reason is they treat there employees well also. “I’d recommend Jeff and staff highly! We drove from 160 miles away for a funeral, and 15 miles south of Thief River Falls our radiator blew at 4:30pm on a Friday! (we hit something in the road). After calling 7+ auto repair places in town from a google search, we discovered not one place would even entertain fixing our automobile because they were “too busy” and don’t work on Saturdays. They were at least a week to 10 days out. I even explained we were from out of town and it didn’t matter. But when I called Jeff at Pennington, and explained our situation, he actually apologized for our situation and offered to look at our car first thing Monday morning. They had it fixed and ready to pick up by mid afternoon that same day! Our experience was fantastic working with Jeff. Thank you for understanding out-of-town travelers need priority at times too!”
