I’ll never purchase from this company again!!!! Great excuse now how it’s weather impacted, but could have been sent out on Wednesday and had it Thursday.

Very onerous and not customer focused way of accepting orders. Receive a quote, issue a purchase order MATCHING the quote only to get a PO Exception advising that I now have to issue a new PO to add the tariff. Company needs to get its act together.

Total lack of customer service
When something goes wrong with orders, shipping, delivery or products, Digi-Key's customer service is completely useless. Either, they don't reply at all, or they reply with nonsense. On my last order, Digikey did collect Norwegian VAT, but they failed to fill out the shipping info correctly, hence the shipping company charged VAT again after import + a significant handling fee, making the total cost 66% higher than it should have been. The invoice clearly proves that DigiKey did indeed collect VAT, yet still they deny it. I've tried for more than a month to make them solve the issue, but their customer service representatives simply don't seem to care.

Terrible customer service. I ordered one $30 part. Within 5 minutes I contacted chat support to cancel the item. They refused saying an invoice has to be made and the item has to ship to me before I can return it. I will never do business with this company again. Terrible experience.

Good selection of products and incredibly fast delivery. It's a little funny that deliveries from here arrive faster than from my home country, despite the distance of thousands of kilometers.
Seaech functions of online store could be more clear. It's not always easy to find suitable parts if product number is not known.

I have been waiting for a specific part for nearly 6 months now. No iodates, no emails. Nothing at all. I am starting to think they don’t even have the sort at all. Thank god I only ordered one.

Just needed a few small items, and the shipping charge was much more reasonable than Mouser, and although I didn't need it immediately, it arrived next day! Fantastic!

Bad service! Was promised to have my parts within 7-10 business days and customs to be taken care of by DigiKey. My parts have been stuck in customs for more than 10 days now, local DigiKey claims theres been a delay because my part is part of large shipment. If I knew I would have chosen to handle it myself. Very disappointing.

Wow!!!! What service. Live in Canada on west coast. Received my shipment at front door in less than 24 hours from ordering. Reasonable shipping price too. Doesn't get much better than that.

I worked for DigiKey for almost 24 years, with there changes it has been bad! Today I got fired because of their new system and talking to co-workers I get fired! They blame their employees for their own mistakes with new system. WARNING

I've been a Digi-Key customer since the mid-90s. This is not the same company it used to be. Expect late product, wrong product, and unhelpful customer service. Such as shame because they used to be the gold standard for service.

I ordered part it can’t ship by express need to ship by ground. It was ship to the wrong zip code. Because their internet was down that evening so they can’t ship untilThe next day. That delay one day. Now it delay for another 5 more days. Digikey ship FedEx ground that longer than UPS ground. I order my stuf on January 4,2024They have to sent a replacement. Still did not receive the parts that I already paid 8 days later. The Digikey customer service lady was rude. She would not call FedEx to pick up the package fromThe wrong address to deliver to me. It is only an hour. She was very rude unfortunately I did not get her name or ID number. This is not the first time happen to me. It happen 4 years ago I told them to send them. To specific address they sent it to my house instead. I like Digikey but after this I really don’t know if I want to deal with Digikey I hope the owner or some one care ftom the company will read this and response
