I ordered part it can’t ship by express need to ship by ground. It was ship to the wrong zip code. Because their internet was down that evening so they can’t ship untilThe next day. That delay one day. Now it delay for another 5 more days. Digikey ship FedEx ground that longer than UPS ground. I order my stuf on January 4,2024They have to sent a replacement. Still did not receive the parts that I already paid 8 days later. The Digikey customer service lady was rude. She would not call FedEx to pick up the package fromThe wrong address to deliver to me. It is only an hour. She was very rude unfortunately I did not get her name or ID number. This is not the first time happen to me. It happen 4 years ago I told them to send them. To specific address they sent it to my house instead. I like Digikey but after this I really don’t know if I want to deal with Digikey I hope the owner or some one care ftom the company will read this and response

The worse service & no cancellation policy. I attempted to cancel my order within the same hour of placing my order and was not allowed to because it was “packaged.” The manager I spoke to confirmed it had not shipped out from their warehouse yet, but she would not cancel my order.When I asked if she would not ship the package she said their operating system doesn’t allow for that… umm okay… when I asked if she could PHYSICALLY stop the package from shipping she said she was “working from home” that day and could not. I then asked if she would call the warehouse and ask someone there to just unpack it and she said she couldn’t.I’m just blown away by this disgusting business practice. You still had the order in your possession and would not cancel it.My only option given was to return it once it was shipped, and again, mind you, IT WASN’T SHIPPED OUT!!!! It costs me more to ship it back than it’s worth & by now I did not trust this business for a refund. I filed a complaint with the Attorney generals office and the FCC.DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!

Ordered rope cutting tips for some rigging work. Transaction and shipping was lightening fast. One of the items was damaged and was replaced and shipped out within days. DigiKey's customer service and wide variety of products will have me returning for my electical and electronic parts needs.

Worst customer service. Cancelled my order twice, want a wire transfer, have to go to the bank and pay extra 30$, spend whole day with this retards on the phone.

Beware of DigiKey's non compliance with the contracted terms!When you buy from Europe you secure DDP incoterms by paying in Euros (so prices include a hefty premium to cover duties and customs). DigiKey also collects VAT on behalf of the European authorities.But, AFTER PAYMENT, DigiKey violates the terms of the contract by sending the package under CPT incoterms, so the taxes, duties and customs you paid "evaporate", and you are stuck in customs, forced to pay twice.It is impossible to solve the problem by writing to "customer support" and providing the evidences of the contracted terms (screenshots, their own webpage...). It appears their "support" doesn't understand what "DDP incoterms" means. Or maybe they don't understand what "written contract" means.Now, our only hope are the legal enforcement actions of the European authorities. We are providing them with all the evidence, so they can check the alleged misappropriation of the taxes, duties and customs collected on their behalf, and use the international courts to recover the money and stop this scam.

Needed a specific part for my TV, and they had it here (from MN to Canada) in a bit over 24 hours - couldn't believe it. I couldn't find this thing anywhere and these folks not only had this rare part, but they got it to me quick. Yay; my TV is working again.

Best Customer Service! I needed to add a part to my order for overnight shipping. I called their customer service line about 3 minutes after placing it, although it was already being picked in their warehouse! So fast, but the customer service lady said she had super powers and get me the part (in separate order) no extra charge! amazing! Great company.
