“Thank you for being a part of the community! There isn't much in this area unless you want to drive to Grand Marais, so having a nearby option for basic staples is really handy. The service here is top notch - each time I've been in, the store staff member has been very helpful in finding things. This last time, when the firestarters were out of stock, they gave us extra paper bags and old newspaper. Selection is a bit limited, but that's to be expected for a general store. They have a decent variety for grocery, and some other home essentials. The last few times I've been in, they've been out of firestarters - which is one of the only things I come here for! Besides that, this is a great spot to go if you forgot something or need to pick up a few things during your North Shore stay.”
