Look up Amanda @ Sonju Two Harbors, her and the crew did a fantastic Job, unfortunately for me a month into the car I purchased it was in an accident, not at fault and was totaled . Everything went great, everyone was cordial and welcoming. Great place to purchase a vehicle, they even called a couple days after signing to see how things were going with the vehicle. I Would highly recommend you give Sonju a try next time you're looking for a vehicle.

Went with son to look at cars. He told them his budget so they could find something in his price range. First vehicle had a clunk coming from the back. Dealer did not tell us what it was. Second vehicle had to be jump started, had no heat, not inspected at the time, and they told us they wouldn't be able to fix the heat. Cost! Third vehicle was higher end, price way out of budget. Dealer kept telling him it would be best to spend twice what he could afford than to leave with nothing. Still no answer on the clunking coming from first vehicle. We were told best they could do was higher end, and not going to fix anything on other two. That would be on him.

I recently moved to Cook County and Sonju is the nearest Ford service department where I can have warranty work done on my Super Duty truck. I was really pleased with my first service appointment. Scheduling process was great and phone interactions were pleasant and helpful. Communication during service was excellent and informative. My service advisor, Sarah, was super friendly and helpful during the service appointment. Diagnostic and service work was completed quickly. It's a relief to know that I can expect that kind of experience going forward

Drove through blizzard condition weather to check out the deals and was not disappointed. Great sales personnel along with the finance department. Went in for used car drove away in a brand new truck and we Love it.

I recently was on the search for a newer, SAFER, reliable vehicle. I came in just to look at the inventory and just brows, I ended up leaving with exactly what I was looking for.
I had the pleasure of working with Amanda Tennyson, she was straight to the point, friendly, and beyond helpful with any questions I had.

Horrible place to purchase a vehicle from. Their shop doesn’t even accept the warranties they offer with car loans. Purchase a vehicle was only able to drive it less than 12 hours before it broke down. No indication. They never call you back.

5 stars to Joe, sales manager and Amanda, our sales rep for the excellent service they gave us in finding the perfect truck for our trip home to Tucson. They were professional, kind, and listened to our concerns, giving us plenty of time to make our decision. Amanda was so helpful in guiding us through the technology and features of the truck. We thank Sonju for an excellent buying experience! We are so happy with our ‘new’ 2021 GMC Denali truck!

I recently purchased a brand-new Polaris four-wheeler from this dealership, and my experience with the sales team was excellent. My sales representative, Gage, was outstanding—five stars for him! He made the process of customizing and ordering my four-wheeler seamless and stress-free. From placing the order to meeting in person and taking the vehicle home, the sales experience was smooth and professional.
However, my experience with the service department was disappointing. After my first service appointment, I was left with several concerns. Scheduling the appointment was challenging; I called multiple times in the morning without an answer and only received a callback hours later. While the appointment itself was easy to schedule once I got through, the service quality fell short. When I picked up my four-wheeler, the staff member couldn’t answer my specific questions, which I later researched and resolved myself. More concerning, I discovered the coolant level was very low—something that was supposed to be checked during the service. This made me question the thoroughness and integrity of the service provided.
Additionally, the dealership sent me a review request but never followed up, which felt dismissive considering the significant investment I made. While the sales team was exceptional, the service department needs improvement to match the level of care and professionalism I expected after spending tens of thousands of dollars.
