First appointment was scheduled, waited 2 hours to find out the part was not there. Second appt was scheduled, showed up for appt but tech did not. Had yo wait for another tech to arrive. My half hour appt took almost 2 hours. Was charged $100 on warranty work when I could have purchased the part myself for $50 and installed it. The lack of professionalism is exacerbating!

I waited weeks before leaving a review hoping they would improve. I had work done there on three separate occasions. So very disappointing. If you value safety and good service, drive an hour further to go somewhere else. It will save you much time and $$$ in the end.

You buy a new vehicle for the peace of mind and after having them service it that is no longer the case! After them telling me I can come get it I took it on a long road trip the truck barely made it home they had not finished aligning it wore the front tires two nothing. They did replace the tires but now I’m told they need more parts to align it because they don’t have enough adjustment so a guy can’t help but wonder what else will go wrong with my new truck after them servicing it. And to top it all off they will never call you back. I haven’t had my truck in over a month total. Highly recommend going somewhere else.

I just bought my new (used) vehicle from Sonju this week, I had Meagan as my sales person. She was amazing!! Made us feel very comfortable throughout the whole process and even kept my impatient toddler entertained during our wait! 5/5 experience! Thumbs up, girl! ?

We recently leased a new truck from Sonju Two Harbors. We were told by Justin and Adam while waiting to do the paperwork that we needed to give all 10s on the survey. My husband noticed that the truck had a Class 3 bumper hitch and we needed a Class 3 Reese although the truck had a towing package. Initially, when my husband called Sonju, a manager told him that they could take care of it and would let him know when. In the meantime, the survey was completed and although almost all questions were rated 10, then were a couple that were not. My husband called again to see when we could bring the truck back and Adam (the product specialist/salesman) was obviously angry and said something like "I heard you really sliced me," and then said, "You didn't give us all 10s so I don't know how much we can do for you." After he said, "It won't be me calling you back, it will be Justin." No one called back. My husband called and asked to speak to the manager. He never returned calls either. The dealership was correct in that the truck was equipped with the hitch that was stated. However, the customer service there went to ZERO once they got their survey back without all 10s. So, buyer beware! If you want good service at Sonju Two Harbors you need to give all 10s whether or not they deserve them!!!! Yesterday, they had the nerve to call us wanting to know if we had the title for our trade although we filled out the paperwork for a duplicate title. My husband told them that yes we do but we aren't mailing it to them and they could have the manager call if he wants to know why. Again, no response.....We have at least five unreturned calls to Sonju. Management has not called back despite knowing there is a dissatisfied customer.. Next time we will be taking our purchase to a dealer who doesn't have employees who can't handle a survey which is intended to improve the customer's experience, not cause them to treat them poorly...

Great service from Gage and the team at TH Sonja. We had a lot of fun spending time going through my options for a new vehicle. We settled on 2019 Ford that was perfect for all of my needs. The only drawback I will say is the vehicle must have been a recent trade-in because it was still dirty from the previous owner. Not a big deal but my suggestion is when it goes to recon, it should come back sparkly and fresh maybe even with a full tank of gas. Makes the customer feel good shoot tack it on the loan I’m sure somebody buying a truck like I did wouldn’t mind the extra 50 bucks rolled into whatever financing just for the gratification of having a full tank of gas. Just a suggestion overall the team did pretty well and I was very happy with my purchase. I even got a follow up post which was greatly appreciate it! Good job, Gage and team!

Dan and the Sales Manager were undoubtedly the very best that I have ever experienced in roughly 45 years of interacting with car dealership salesmen. They were patient with us while we did some calculations regarding the cost of the vehicle versus ordering or finding a less expensive version, were respectful to myself (a lady), my elderly father, and my college aged son and friendly. They were NOT slimy, pushy, or arrogant. I will recommend them to all my friends. They understood exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle regarding my dogs and were knowledgeable. I have been interacting with dealerships and purchasing new vehicles since I was a child, and Dan was the best!!! I actually enjoyed the entire experience.

Meagan was very pleasant to deal with. Super friendly and easily approachable. She greeted me with a smile and a friendly hello. Attentive and not pushy. Couldn’t recommend anyone better to purchase from.

Service advisors were not available and when they arrived were rude. Only needed oil change and rotation, my work order was written as I needed major engine repairs! I have heard they use non oe parts and charge or prices and falsely use or part numbers to overcharge customers. Just shady business. No communication

Sales process was good. Zac Topping does a great job in the powersports sales division. He would get 5 stars himself. However, after the sale, I needed support for transferring the registration and some sales tax information. They did not help me in any way. I would call and try to talk to their representatives in titling and finance. They would never answer the calls and when I would leave messages, they did not get back to me. They have terrible customer support. Make sure you have them do everything correctly at the time of purchase, if not, they will not stand behind the sale and support it. It took me 6 months to get my titling, registration. and sales tax issues figured out, when it could have been done within a month of purchase if they would have offered help.

Pretty mixed feeling about Sonju, and my experience picking up my car from them. My sales person was nice, but I was ushered into buying the car before the end of the month to meet some quota. Granted I do feel the car was a in great condition considering the miles and I jumped at the opportunity to buy it. That being said, 3 weeks later the stater died, as well as the valve cover gasket and oil pan gasket are leaking. Either they saw these and didn't care, or didn't check. Regardless I've reached out twice now about these issues but overall I'm pretty upset that my first car I've bought from a dealer is now stuck on the side of the road and needs 2500 of maintenance. Not to mention I only had 1/3 tank of gas when picking the car up, and when discussing loans then claimed if I used my bank I would have to wait three weeks to pick up my car which seemed pretty strange to me.

My boyfriend bought a truck from there. It’s been nothing but issues with the truck. For what he paid for the truck he could’ve gotten a much better vehicle. Should’ve shopped around more for a vehicle before buying from them. Will not purchase another vehicle there.
