The negative review is just not true! They must mean a different Hardware Hank store. I don't want to drive to Marshall every time I need something... especially with gas prices the way they are. I always find them to be super helpful.

Complete *SShole owner. Terrible attitude. Worst customer service of the year (so far). They overcharged me 45% from the sticker/ display price. I brought this to his attention. Instead of correcting the mistake he raised his voice at me (rude) and blamed it on a credit card markup (which is 3% btw). What a poor excuse for a business. I'll never shop here again! I'd rather drive to Marshall.
