Been getting a cow butchered every year for 4 years from my favorite rancher. This year they sent the cow to Ulen Locker and I am impressed. All packages marked clearly and the clear vacuum sealed is awesome. Other places use paper and you cant see the cut or how many 8n package. Will use Ulen Locker from now on
