I was so upset, I reserved my room and checked in at 3:45pm and paid then was told i have to wait for the assistant manager Pricilla to get in which she did not arrive until 5hrs later, due to housekeeping not doing my reserved room, it was my kids birthday, there was only 1 attendant on shift as everyone else walked out on her and said they were done for the day which left her to check over 10 people in and monitor the pool area. There were kids banging on the windows, had candy and chips on every floor as well as knocking on peoples door and running the kids were cussing at adults and other kids well the parents hung out in the parking lot and got drunk, the POOL had dead bugs in it as if no one cleaned it. I voiced my concerns and yet nothing was done. Bad Service and I would not recommend to stay here or bring your kids very un-sanitary.

We were having a birthday party here and I definitely will not be coming back. There was one worker doing check ins and cleaning room she was going above and beyond to help guest but she was literally doing everything. We were waiting for the manager in the waiting room for 3 hours literally, we checked in at 430pm & didn’t get into our room until 7-730pm.Rooms: Nice and decent rooms.

Room has a lot of repairs needed ,pest company service needed. Stayed 3 night bugs in room every night. 4 different types of bugs on curtains on TV in bath tub on ceiling on lights by the bed . Repairs shower curtains looks like it was ripped out several times, rust spots on vent in bathroom,

Dirty and ripped carpet. Then went to pool no towels. Someone was sick and there was puke in lobby and also in pool area and yes I didn't see in pool area steeped in it.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly, while my family was staying there. The rooms were clean and comfortable. And there's a swimming area with a pool, hot tub and slide, for the guests to use during their stay. (which my kids LOVE!)My only complaint would be in regards to the pool area- a few times there were no towels available, the hot tub was broken/ dirty, and the slide was not open during its posted hours.

We checked in late (long drive from Detroit.) it was a little slow checking but once we did everything went smoothly. The young lady at the desk even granted our request for a late checkout. We headed straight to bed. Then an hour before our checkout we received a call that our late checkout could not be honored (new girl at the front desk.) My husband explained the situation and after a brief conversation she apologized and said we could in fact check in late. Although there was a slight confusion everything worked out in the end. I do wish they had an extra set of sheets and more towels, however. Other then that we had the rest we so desperately needed, and appreciated our stay.Nearby activities: Mall of America about 25 minutes away

We came here for 3 nights, we booked through hotels dot com. When we arrived they told us they over booked and gave us a smaller room with smaller beds instead. There is only one elevator in this entire hotel, super slow not the smoothest ride either. Our room they gave us had wet carpet in the foyer area leading into the bed area. They left 2 floor fans in the room on high speed to dry the floor. The lights we flickering in the room too. We were given a discount on only one of the three nights we stayed, The floor never really dried even before we left the hotel. In the public carpeted areas, you can tell no one has vacuumed for a few days, they did not vacuum any of the hallways, stairs or main areas our entire stay there. I saw the same bits of trash all over our entire stay. The breakfast they served was 3/10 at best. eggs were made from water and powder, and they didn’t really have many options, fruit was all bruised and drying out, we ended up eating breakfast elsewhere every morning. Parking lot can use a makeover, lots of big holes we had to avoid. There’s a tree right up front that needs to be trimmed 3 years ago, it’s hanging over the sidewalk making it unusable. The key cards for the room and to get into other areas like the pool and gym room were wonky too, had to try more than once each time we wanted to use them. This place needs some work inside and out.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff and close proximity to attractions. Rooms were a good size for the price. The complimentary breakfast runs from 6 AM to 9 AM Monday through Friday and 7 AM to 10 AM Saturday and Sunday.

It’s a dirty hotel. The beds and sheets were satisfactory. About the only thing good I can say. Water slide not open during week days even in the summer. Won’t stay again. Stayed here to break up the long trip to Duluth.

It’s fine. It seems like they’re doing the bare minimum to keep the place running. They’re short staffed, no towels in the pool area, our room had a empty liquor bottle left in the drawer, some crumbs by the AC, stuff like that. The mattress on our king bed was very hard too.The breakfast was decent, customer service was fine. I wouldn’t come rushing back here but would stay again if something better wasn’t available.

No towels in pool area, dirty room in several areas, multiple rooms reserved with others in similar condition. Front desk did what they could, but lacking greatly in the housekeeping department.Nearby activities: Tough Mudder Event

It is what you would expect from an average hotel. The rooms were clean and the pool was nice. The pool has a slide the kids enjoyed. The hot tub was nice too. There is plenty of seating around the pool but it could use more tables. They had breakfast but it was a little on the light side. The staff were all friendly.

Me & my family enjoyed our stay there, loved that everything was clean especially our room, loved that housekeeping kept up with our room while we were out it was nice coming back to our room neat & clean! Pool area was a fun experience for my children. My kids really enjoyed the breakfast they looked forward to that every morning. Thanks for a great stay we’ll be back again!
