They need to get more staff. I waited for 20 minutes to just drop off a prescription. Twice I’ve been told a prescription is ready and then got there and they weren’t ready. I’m bummed my insurance is making me get most of my prescriptions here.

Agree with most of the reviews on this place. The folks here seem to hate their jobs and live for that break from 1:30pm to 2pm. You could roll up at 1:30pm dying and they'll tap the sign and say closed until 2pm. Guess that is why they are pharmacists and not Doctors. I'll drive somewhere else instead of wait and give these folks my money. Avoid this CVS in the Target.

Received a text received saying that my RX was ready to pick up and I went to pick up my RX on Monday May 9th, 2022 and the pharmacist rudely say are you getting the vaccine and I say no i'm here to pick up my Rx and she say we need to order more and I was not happy and the lady behind me was getting her vaccine and the pharmacist care about giving vaccines instead of refilling medication and I haven't have my medication for a month now and this location is a waste of time and a waste of gas to drive to pick up your RX even if you don't even have it and people depend you on guys refilling their RX and people need their RX due to health concerns and etc and I feel really bad for people who haven't received their needed medication. It very frustrating and this was a second time it happen.

Does not open on time. You have hours for a reason.

Prescriptions never ready, always state my insurance does not cover to learn it’s because the pharmacy is not filling the full quantity prescribed.

Left the emergency room at United and needed pain meds. Got to pharmacy about 10 minutes before close and was told they were going to be closing and they could not fill my prescription. I was so sick I didn’t have the strength to stay there. I went to Walgreens in White Bear and had no problem. The staff always seem to hate their jobs and definitely need some customer service courses.Very irritating to listen to the pharmacists chat so loud about their personal lives and customers within ear shot.I was in the other day for my flu shot and the pharmacist was not only unfriendly but had such a filthy pharmacist coat on. Really disgusting.Needless to say, I am switching pharmacies.

Was told I can go back today 06/30 to get a refund because I paid for my medication when it was fully covered by insurance, stopped in and the women manager refuse to refund me and said she can’t do anything to help me. She then violated HIPAA policy by talking about my insurance coverage and said I did not know what I was talking about to the other employee and customers, I don’t think she realized I was still standing there looking at travel items. Never returning, I will be reporting her.

Julia is a great pharmacist, she is very smart at what she does and I want to say thank you for Julia for giving me my flu shot, she makes you feel very comfortable and she is a very friendly pharmacist.

First good thing staff are always friendly. But that is it. Countless time my prescription have not been ready at a reasonable amount of time (talking several hours), and there excuse is oh it’ll take another 15 minsI’ve always had happen on several occasions that they call and confirm yes my prescriptions are ready not only to get there and it’s another 10-14 minutes.I don’t know if it is a management thing or needing more staff but this is the most atrocious cvs/pharmacy I have been to.I this so the last time I’ll ever be going for which they don’t care but it’s out of principal.

This pharmacy needs help or it's time to close it. I get text notices that my rx is ready. Drive there and it's not. Then they say, " We'll call you when it's ready". They never mean that. LIES! Then when you do arrive, they shame you for not coming in sooner. "You know it's been ready for several days now."oday, I had surgery today and we went there directly after for post-op pain meds. Nope, couldn't fill it. But we'll call you when it's ready. NOPE! Four hours later, we just went back to get it. Post-op meds delayed by 2 hours. Absolutely senseless. Don't go here for any medications. Not worth your time and gas money.

Specifically gave them my new insurance card and prescription was filled without insurance. I didn't notice until I got home and they said I had to come back to tell me how much the difference would be. Terrible service tonight.

I have had the best experience ever with this pharmacy. I have had to call in emergency changes, transfer medications back and forth, and every single time the lady that helps is wonderful and friendly. This is a pretty stark contrast to the Walgreens experience.
