Don't let the name fool you. Fresh is not what you will find. If you're are looking to score on the weekly ad items don't count on them being in stock, especially in produce. Every time I come in to shop with a recipe or weekly shopping list the produce department fails. They rarely have the sale items in and the items that are on the shelves are disgusting. Numerous times I have found moldy fruit and vegetables. Don't even get me started on the sludge found where the vegetables are sprayed. It would appear that there isn't a manager even running the department because every time I come in people are standing around with the department in shambles.

Great selection. Good prices on organic items. You don't need a membership. There's bulk food, health and beauty supplies, and much more. I highly recommend them as there aren't any co-ops in the northern Metro area.

Picked up what I thought was a fresh head of lettuce from Fresh Thyme in Vadnais Heights. Got home, rinsed lettuce, and started chopping. Upon closer inspection, I found 2 slugs. Not a big deal at first, further rinsed and kept chopping. Then as I got further in, found leaves with holes and a caterpillar. Threw the rest and called it quits. Would have given it 2 stars for the greenery at least (and that’s how many slugs I saw), but the holes where the critters had already had their dinner before I had mine…. Really took away from the fresh experience.

I come here with my brother every so often, because of his dietary need. They have fair prices and the produce is always very fresh! Love this place!

I go to this Fresh Thyme because it's closes to me. The odd thing is that they will sometimes "ran out" of certain products that was on sale either before or after the weekend, however other Fresh Thymes will honor the weekly discounts until the new weekly discount comes out. For example, one time i came to buy weekly discounted watermelons on a Thursday and they said it was sold out. I went back a few days later and it was still sold out. I find it hard to believe that it was sold out within 2 days of the new deals.

I'm a big fan of Fresh Thyme and this location is very nice. Staff is helpful and their meat and produce section is very good. I like discovering new pantry items for fresh recipe inspo. This location isn't as busy as others I've been to and it shares a parking lot with target and top ten liquors, very convenient.

Absolutely love Fresh Thyme Vadnais Heights!! Store is clean, great produce, upscale products, and organic foods readily available! They have amazing deals, so watch for them. I love the fact that you can have 2 full bags of groceries, and I've spent less than $50. Great value for your money, and it's really nice not to empty my pocketbook!! Highly recommend this store.
Customer service is ALWAYS top notch here. Never a bad experience.

Nicole lacks adequate customer service, my mom came in to get her water one day and said she just blew up in her face due to frustration. Totally inappropriate behavior, should have been fired long ago.
