My shopping experiences (over many months) at the Kwik Trip Vadnais Heights MN convenience gas station have ranged all the way from great to me questioning why am I spending my money here.
I do appreciate the cleanliness, nice food selection and 24 hr service options this Kwik Trip provides.
However, the managing leads of this store…Jacob and Katrina need to take another course on how to give good customer service to their patrons. My most recent stops at the Vadnais Kwik Trip store were very stressful and confrontational over petty things which should not even be an issue since I am the customer…not the employee.
Also, the neighborhood and gas station have an assortment of sketchy characters who frequent this location…don’t feel safe shopping here.
Summing my review…I think I am going to take my business somewhere else…because there are many other good options in the area to choose from!

Well kept and professionally run in the manner that is ubiquitous throughout the franchise. Everything was well stocked, clean and inviting. Bathrooms are in good repair, and perishables were rotated in all instances. I would give 5 stars but for the outrageous cost of certain candy bars.

The manager not sure his name but he's a tall dorky looking blonde guy very rude to customers on top of that I got ripped off on my card and it was not fixed I will be talking to corporate just because u are a manager don't mean u can be rude to your customers but thank you to Alex he was nicer and he deserves a raise he knows how to be respectful and has great customer service thanks Alex mabey show him how to be a better manager or take his job keep up the good work ....

I stop in here often... despite no longer buying a Monday rotisserie chicken. In the past week three times a cashier has commented "don't forget your chicken" ... through laughter I turn to say "you know I don't get it here anymore." The staff here are so friendly and kind, especially considering that this store is quite busy in the morning. Even the morning customers here are kind, again considering how busy it can be some people could be irritated and short w you. Thanks Kwik Trip for being a delightful start to my days.

First off, Kwik Trip is the best gas station usually clean bathrooms and friendly staff. However, their hot food and sandwiches have become far too expensive for the quality. $5.29 for a turkey cranberry sandwich is 40 cents more than two weeks ago which was already too much.
