I just wanna share that I have so much appreciation for this postal station! I wish every location was set up like this with the self service kiosk and the ability to drop off packages 24/7 (pkg size restrictions). I finally am able to take care of postal odds and ends on my schedule without having to stand in line or wait for a service counter to open up during business hours when I am working it's so nice to be able to pop in and out of here or whatever I need to knowing that this location is reliably clean and safe and just so easy to use is awesome. In a day and age when government services are treated so poorly by certain people -- this office is an example of how it works well thank you for all you do and for your service!

Would give this 0 stars if possible. I came to simply drop off a pre paid package and I did not think it was going to be that hard. The old white lady was talking to me like im stupid and talking to me like I dont understand english. Straight racist. I’m glad this location had a self service thing so I didnt have to deal with that hag anymore.

literally never ships my package when it says its out for delivery it goes back to being processed and then doesnt deliver on the day its supposed to deliver yall dum

Have not received mail in 2 days. Talked with some lady she was rude & very disrespectful.She said your mail has been delivered. Like I said she was very rude & very disrespectful.I am a disabled i am a disabled veteran I get my meds through the mail. She was so rude & disrespectful. I don't know where to go from here.

I would put no stars. Came here and the old white guy was racism just because it was 2 mins away from 5:00pm and both him and his colleague couldnt keep up with the line, which i arrived at 4:48pm. He rolled his eyes and talked to me rudely, told me to go elsewhere and that he already being nice to me once and that he shouldnt have to be nice twice. He wasnt even nice to begin with. I didnt understand what he was saying. I told him I will go to a different post office and left with my package. I get it that he is supposed to work until his time is done at 5:00pm. Something needs to be done about race and equality here. I will never come here again to deal with racist people. I never felt so judge before about my race. He was very nice to his own skin color people. Just because im different color, doesnt mean he has to be racism towards me.

I like that there’s a kiosk in the lobby to use after hours. But I went in to have a pre made label printed at the desk during normal hours and the girl working told me that they don’t print premade labels. I checked before I came to this location to make sure they did, and they do. She then told me the QR code that I needed to use to print the label, wasn’t the right one. So do you print labels or not then? She then told me if I need to print labels, I can go to the library to do that because they don’t print labels. She was contradicting herself and I felt like she either didn’t know what I was asking about or didn’t want to deal with printing a label because there was a line.
