“Very pleased with Kevin, Cody and the rest of the staff at Aldrich Tractor. I’ve got a Gehl 4835 skid steer that I was having problems with. Kevin and his tech got my machine into the shop quickly and they were able to properly diagnose what was going on. Kevin took a good amount of time to explain to me what was going on and also caught a couple small inexpensive maintenance items that, if not caught early on, would have been a much bigger problem down the road. This is definitely how service departments should be run. Thanks guys!”
“Alex, manager in Wadena, MN.I was driving up north with a boat trailer. My bearings broke so I pulled into a O’Reilly in Wadena. Alex went out of his way to help me find the correct parts. Alex then said if I pulled around back, he had a car jack and tools that I could use. Alex also help me make the repair and he checked the other tire.That tire needed parts as well.
