“I recently spent $ 44,000 on a new tractor purchase. When I was extremely focused on numbers and specs and dollar figures I was told that they deliver. I absolutely did not hear the offer. I know other people who have been concentrating on something they do not hear when someone addresses them. And when they called and said I could come and pick it up I would think I could have been reminded of Delivery service but I was not. I want to rent a excavator from them and I thought I could get a break and they would deliver the excavator and pick it up for reduced cost. I was told no. Not real happy with that decision considering the circumstances.”

Alex then said if I pulled around back, he had a car jack and tools that I could use. Alex also help me make the repair and he checked the other tire.That tire needed parts as well.
