Shell stations are my favorite choice as I am a member of their program and they offer high octane. However the Shell station in Victoria always have their trash overflowing from the bins by the pumps with it spilling over in to the ground. I mentioned it to the young guys working at the counter and they told me it was not their job to keep the premises clean.

THE (HOURS OF BUSINESS SIGN) STATES THAT IT OPENS AT 7:00 AM. HOWEVER IT NEVER DOES.I'VE STOPPED IN THERE AT VARIOUS TIMES AFTER 7:00 AM.---UP TO 8:00 AND IT IS STILL NOT OPEN.THEY SHOULD CHANGE THE (HOURS OPEN) SIGN TO READ(OPEN WHEN SOMEONE SHOWS UP).

Every single person in here is just rude and service is so slow it's not even worth going in the place. Go down to the holiday...it's quicker for anything anyway and cheaper.

Gas station and subway are run by same staff, I can imagine they may fall behind at times. It was great when we were there, staff was friendly and everything was clean.
