I’m new to the area and needed an oil change. I had heard great things about Victoria Automotive Repair, so I made an appointment. Not only was the service fantastic, I also had the chance to talk with the owners, Mike and Josh. Great guys and as down to earth as anyone you’ll meet. I already have full trust in them and highly recommend their shop.

Great shop. For under $80, they did my full synthetic oil change last minute (just called yesterday), checked and topped off my fluids and check to see if this auto shops i pauf over 1k for work actually replaced and fixed some parts I was looking at and needing fixed. Looks like they did everything I asked and requested and fit me in right away. 10/10 service. Great price and answered all my questions. Great they had snacks available.

Amazing mechanics, fair pricing, and honest evaluations. I couldn’t be more satisfied with The level of service that they provide. Mike and his team have been amazing. Every time I have used them I’ve been impressed and look forward to using them again. Their pricing is extremely fair. The service is fantastic and have never had any issues.

Great owners. Great mechanics. Great price. I love these guys I have had such a good experience. I’m a dad with 2 kids in daycare. They always treat my wife and I right. They take great care of my older tundra I won’t take my tundra anywhere else. They did a fantastic job on our Subaru’s brakes. What can I say.. these guys are the real deal

Absolutely fabulous! I’ve had my Tesla detailed by these guys twice and they do an incredible job. Just $350 and I’m amazed at how they can get my 2021 Y model looking brand new. Highly recommend.

I almost don’t want to review them because I don’t want their schedule to get too busy lol
Mike, Josh, and their team have been nothing but fantastic and fair to us. Wouldn’t trust our cars with any other mechanic. They are informative and honest, and have searched for parts for us to make sure we’re getting the best deal. We just recently purchased one of the cars they were selling and they made the process super easy. And I know I can trust it’s a good car if it’s coming from them.

Great people, great workmanship, great communication, great impact on the people they service. I had a vehicle issue which led me to the nearest shop; Mike was honest and told me he wouldn’t look at it right away but to my surprise I got a call a few hours later with answers. I will be bringing all of my vehicles here for every service needed and I think anyone reading this should too!

I communicated with Victoria Automotive Repair through their online service form after they were closed. They responded to as soon as their shop opened the following morning. Mike was able to address my concerns about my car, kept promises about when my car would be serviced, and communicated in a professional manner. He and his service team were able to spot what a dealership service center did not fix for me as well as address my original concern. As a woman, Mike did not invalidate my concerns or make me feel like he was selling me anything I did not need. I felt listened to and my problems were understood.
I feel grateful for the service I received. It was timely, professional, and did not break the bank!
