The internet is slow, goes out often, tech support is not very helpful,when you leave messages they don't respond promptly if at all. The last time I lost internet they blamed it on the power company and said everything looked good on their end and they are charging 95$to come try to fix the problem. They are the problem.

I don’t like the speed but the customer service is astounding. They were short people and far from my location but still came out with short notice.I’m forever grateful that I was able to setup my freeze alarm to the Wi-Fi that I couldn’t figure out the password to and they set up a new one. Nice gentleman too.

Wifi has been going out every single night from 10pm until 1 am. Sometimes it goes out at 7pm, like tonight. This has been going on for months. When you reach out for help they won't get back to u until days later and it will say nothing useful, just that if it's still not working to let them know and we let them know and they still don't give any help. Highly recommend not using this service. 1/100 stars

For the same price you can choose far better service without a horrible connection and slow speeds when it gets congested. Avoid if you prefer a stable fast connection.

Never get the speeds that were advertised. Overcharged on a 5mbs plan and never received over 1-2mbs speeds.

They were able to find a signal to offer higher speed internet for $50/month unlimited. We live in a rural area. You can’t beat that. Good customer service as well.

Twice now, when we call in to make a payment over the phone, they deduct an additional $50 and we have to call in and then wait for them to mail us a check to reimburse us for their oversight. They can't seem to credit our account, in the same way that we made a payment. This internet service is terrible to begin with, and having to put up with them skimming an extra payment from us, not once but twice, is frustrating.

Speed reliability isn’t their strong suite. Not happy with this service. They don’t appear upfront or forthcoming with what speeds you will actually experience. And don’t make any sort of complaint on their Facebook page, as I have read others doing, the company appears to be overly sensitive about that and I read would cut the customers ties with them. They actually I believe buy their broadband from Genesis Wireless but I can’t be for sure. I decided to google them also and the reviews are subpar. I have decided to use my hot spot for now and friends internet for business but some day I sure do hope we can get another company up on the range that will beat everyone we have now. We need to get our local leaders on this issues. We all deserve quality.
