I really appreciate the good customer service demonstrated by CVS Pharmacy in Virginia, Minnesota. The pharmacists have always been knowledgeable and helpful, including willing to help. The other service technicians are quite willing to address all my inquiries with patience and kindness.

This pharmacy is horrible, terrible service and the pharmacist is extremely rude. I will never come back to this store.

This pharmacy is horrible. Their system goes down frequently. They close for lunch and you can't get service. I needed an antibiotic and their system was down and they were closing at 6 pm, not opening until 10 am, so I was forced to wait all that time before getting the med I needed.

The pharmacist was very helpful, went over possible side effects, and informed me and my wife of other shots needing updates.

You always have to wait for your RX and they ask you to come back in 20 to 30 min. It's a problem when you have to drive 1/2 hours to the pharmacy to get your prescription and then have to wait even longer to get it. Not worth it!

If I could I would give no stars, they have been closed for days, all my meds 4 in total have been sitting there and I now have ran out and have no access to them, so now I have to start over my doses to get back up to where I was. This is unacceptable, it appears this has been an issue for over a year now. I can not wrap my head around a pharmacy that never has enough staff to open to give patients their life saving medications. Do not take your meds to this location, especially if you need it to live, you'll be dead before they finally open.

I got a text from CVS on a Sunday telling me my prescription has been filled and to come pick it up. I drive over and the place is closed until Tuesday. What a joke. Unfortunately the joke was once and all the other customers.

Two out of the last three recent times I went to pick up a prescription the pharmacy was closed. We have a 45 minute drive each way. We are now forced to move the prescription somewhere else. CVS should be ashamed. If you want to operate this amateurishly sell socks or cookies and not life saving drugs. Target needs to change vendors and boot CVS out.

I have the meds that can be on auto refill and they still cannot get them out on time. I feel the CVS higher ups should rethink the wages they pay. I will be leaving CVS to get them through my company’s mail pharmacy

This rant is in frustration of CVS not the people in this store although they could use a break (they’re a bit testy). They have been closed for the past two days because of staffing issues. NOT ok. Corporate should have gotten someone up here to fill in but obviously they didn’t bother. Two weeks ago I went online to re-up 3 prescriptions. Changed the pharmacy to Virginia, MN from my Winter CVS. Never ceases to amaze, but 2 made it one was sent to the Winter store. Yes - same order - same same but one went down south. Straightened that out. Got a text that my script was ready. Went to pick up but store was closed (middle of the day). Same next day. Finally they were open, but I was unable to pick up unless I signed up for notifications- my choice was text or phone. How about - NO. The text I got two days ago when the store was closed was after spending time with customer service trying to stop all calls and texts - she said “We cancelled all automated communication”. Shouldn’t be a big deal but they CALL at 8:AM CST and often I’m in PST - 6:AM to tell me how to take a med I’ve been taking for 6 years.
CVS need to implement a corporate do over. Who ever’s running this show needs to move on and give someone else at shot at it. The above rant only scratches the surface. Most transactions are somehow tweaked. It ain’t rocket surgery. Simplify the checkout, stop the unnecessary communication, and for all of us who are stuck in a captive relationship with CVS - staff your stores.

They just decided not to open the pharmacy for days so I cannot get my script. Called national number they didn’t know they were closed for days either. You cannot do this to patients that need medications. It is dangerous.

CVS closed over 3500 stores this past year , I can’t believe this one is still open . They are the absolute worst. the pharmacist is incredibly rude. Maybe they are shortstaffed and overworked, but that should not trickle down to the consumer. It might be time for CVS to take a look at this location. if you can’t staff it and provide good guest service maybe it’s not worth having.

Pretty brutal experience with CVS target. Save your time with calling in a prescription here

This particular location will not answer their phone. Whomever was on duty on 1/5/2024 at 5:35pm, picked up the phone and hung up immediately. I was told today by a Pharmacist at a different pharmacy that CVS will not answer their phone from anyone. This person used to work at a different CVS location and jumped ship due to this company’s refusal to provide accurate and reliable customer service. This location needs to close and leave the area. I’m so disgusted with CVS.

Worst Pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. Almost every medication seems to always be on back order. They don’t pickup the phone, my child’s pediatrician couldn’t even get through. When my wife went in person, the pharmacist told her it was their job to fill medication, not answer the phone. We filed a complaint with CVS corporate and they took our information and claimed someone would reach out, never heard from them again.I had to deal with them for a long time because my insurance only used CVS. Now I have different insurance and thankfully never need to go back.
