I enjoy shopping here. I don't live in town so I stop when I have a chance. Staff I almost always friendly. Short staffed but that's not their fault.

The employees need some major training in customer service. And the manager does NOTHING to support his employees. Over and Over again. Products choices are GREAT!! Isles need cleaning so its better handicapped accessible.

Dollar Tree is Dollar Tree. You can't swing a dead cat without hitting one in almost every town. Almost every store has stuff not on the shelf. It is a tough place to work and almost always need more people. But the staff at the ones I have been to are always helpful if they can.

Store hours never match what it says online. Good luck figuring out when they are actually open. Also ridiculously long lines when you do somehow magically make it when they are open

Would give 0 stars if I could. I have had number balloons filled with helium there for the past two years for my daughters birthday. Went in this year, and the cashier tells me they can't do it. I ask why, and she states they can't and never have been able to fill these particular balloons. Which is comical to me because as I said, I've had them done there before. She stated I needed to talk to the manager, which I tried. Manager would not stop what he was doing to speak to me, would not look me in the eye, called me a liar, rolled his eyes, and said they wouldn't do it because the number balloons were not made for helium (mind you it says that they are right on the package) I finally left mad as heck because it was my daughter's 18th birthday this year and this has been a tradition every year.To sum it up; horrible staff, horrible management, horrible customer service.

Prices and store appearance were good. Then when I went to check out there was nobody around and a lady in front of me with lots of things and not a curtious bone in her body to let the guy behind her, someone with 2 items to check out and obviously I speak of myself. And of course they are probably understaffed just like most companies around here. However it has been a couple three times that i've been there now and it's been the same way.
