“I had the pleasure of using the services of Range Funeral Home for 5 decades for several family members and friends. I have to say, it was a surprisingly enjoyable experience - you know for the circumstance!
As a kid I remember sneaking downstairs a few times to take a self guided tour. Also the VIP couch is so comfortable but it has seen more butts than the backseat of Jim Northrup's Oldsmobile.
Also for last 20 plus years - good old mortician Jerry always having an extra card or word of support for me just cause I stop in if there is a car I know on the outside. Yeah Hallmark charging $4 to say goodbye seems pricey.
The staff have always been incredibly kind and helpful and I never had to carry a coffin like those people in Duluth required for a distant relative. I swear she moved in there - yep almost dropped her.
The only negative is the fact the Organist should learn some modern songs - I don't know maybe Taylor Swift, Metallica or one of those Disney songs. I am Amazing Graced out!
As for the rest of you - yeah tragic times - morticians make the best of a bad situation and what you see is unprofessional might be because their kid just went into the embalming room and saw some things they shouldn't . Show up for the people not you and negative comments should be reserved for your Family's YouTube Vacation Videos!
Hey JerBear saw your sister just passed sorry about that but she is probably catching up with you now. You were the best, thanks for all the hard work for those decades! Yeah I do miss you! Till you open the Canteen Club for me - I will be here making the most of this precious time.”
“Bill and Denise at Bauman-Cron in Virginia are top notch and very easy to work with. They are very experienced and made everything very easy during our difficult time. Their staff is very professional and personable as well. We did my father’s entire service and fellowship at their facility, which was able to accommodate very nicely. I would highly recommend Bauman-Cron!!!”
