They were short people and far from my location but still came out with short notice.I’m forever grateful that I was able to setup my freeze alarm to the Wi-Fi that I couldn’t figure out the password to and they set up a new one. Nice gentleman too.”

“Very difficult situation. My brother, with dementia, needed new phone. Had no cluecwhat any passwords were. We spent a week, many calls, trying to get new phone set up with Straight Talk. We were unsuccessful. Gave up and went to Vetizon, where Riley knocked it out of the park!! He is a rock star!!”
