Jay is very friendly and helpful. You may have heard that he was closing. Wrong! Although we no longer have the service counter at UPS to drop off packages, Jay's Pac-N-Ship is still there to fill the need. Just a reminder, he isn't a UPS Store so he's not able to read your QRC. I appreciate Jay and his service!
