“Caden reached out to me as a new customer and explained their company policies in a very professional manner. Could tell right from the start he cared about the customer and was willing to help me with the entire process. He showed up on time even giving me a courtesy call saying he was on his way. After tank was filled and leak tested we ended with a good old fashioned hand shake! Just like the good old days. Would highly recommend this company if all the employees are as good as him! Thank you.”

“Aaron (out of Virginia, MN.) delivered my propane at about 5pm on a subzero evening. He said he has never been to my address before and likes to check (new to him) customers tanks for leaks. I have two tanks and only wanted him to fill the cabin tank. He checked the tank for leaks and found a slight leak, he tightened the fasteners and that seemed to work. He went over to my other tank and checked that also and it was fine. I didn't have a path shoveled to that tank and he didn't mind. He also wrote my address under the cover on both tanks so there wouldn't be any confusion, because one of my tanks was very close to my neighbors tank. Long story short, he went way out of his way, late in the day on a subzero evening, took his time and checked everything out! Great service Aaron!”
