I had Dora and she did a fantastic job on my hair. Partial foil, cut and toner, turned out beautiful!
My daughter had her hair cut by Laura and she had a great experience. Her hair turned out super cute and they put a sparkle extension in for first day of school.
Overall great experience!

I don’t usually write reviews, good or bad, however I feel like this needs to be put out there. I have been going to Regis since I was a kid and never had any issues. I assumed most of the same stylists would be there at Uptown Stylists so I booked an appointment for a hair cut. When I sat in the chair, the first thing I noticed was that my stylist smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. My hair was down to my mid torso and I asked my stylist to cut off 6 inches, thin my hair and add layers. She immediately started trying to convince me not to cut off 6 inches because “long hair is pretty”. After washing my hair, the stylist was extremely rough with brushing— to the point I began to tear up. I have always had very thick hair and am familiar with how stylists usually go about cutting, thinning and layering my hair. The stylist did not section my hair at all. She didn’t layer or thin it. She cut it straight across my collarbone (around 10-12 inches off instead of 6). She did not have me facing the mirror at all so I couldn’t see what she was doing. At the end she asked if I wanted my hair angled in the front, which I assumed she meant face framing. I accepted her offer. My front pieces of hair were then cut two inches shorter than the rest of my hair. I was charged $48 and all I got was too much hair cut off and an uneven cut. I’m extremely disappointed and will not be returning.
Requested style: Basic haircut. 6 inches off, layers and thinning.

FIVE-PLUS STARS!! I can't say much about Regis Salon (went once and paid wayyy too much for a simple layered cut that wasn't really what you could call 'layered' at all), but the new Uptown Stylists Salon is AMAZING! I have twice been to high-end salons - one in the Twin Cities and the other out East - where I paid (in what would be today's $$), hundreds of dollars. Indeed, Uptown proved better than either of them. Uptown's proprietor, Amber, is a class-A artist!! I didn't realize until after my appointment, when I glanced in a window and saw that I didn't resemble Lord Farquard's double and instantly feel the need to go directly home, that she actually listened to what I was trying to express as far as what I would like /needed done with my hair. It's been YEARS since I walked out of a salon 100%-PLUS satisfied. Thank you again, Amber! Know that I will be back and most definitely recommend Uptown Stylists!! <3

Didn’t cut my hair right and still paid and left a tip never coming here ever again my hair isn’t even on both sides I don’t even wanna go out in public because of them now like I feel like I should get my 30 bucks back that I paid when I could of went to cost cutters or great clips and plaid 20 and got a way better haircut do not come hereService: Haircut

I am so happy with my haircut. Have been using the factory haircut for a year now and have been completely unsatisfied the service and special attention was worth it I felt good about my haircut and didn't have to fix the unevenness myself at home or get a haircut I didn't ask for in the first place. My son and I had our haircut and styled by the wonderful ⭐️Ashleigh King⭐️We both have hair that is hard to cut (extremely thick, silky fine hair, with colicks) We left the salon extremely happy.From personality to skills Ashleigh has it all!I highly recommend her! ❤
