went into taconite tire as I am new to the Virginia area. Had a blown tire. There was a question of whether it was a warranty issue. Before I could completely explain the issue they said it was a dealership issue and I needed to bring it there. I then called Range tire in Hibbing explained the situation and now have an appointment for them to look and the tire and and take the appropriate measures to remedy the situation. Taconite tire just lost all of my future business.

Had a flat tire asked if they could do a quick repair, lady at counter was rude. I ended up changing the tire in the parking lot. Won't buy tires again from there. She didn't even ask where I got the tires from.

Disrespectful, because I had one of the multiple parts to be used for the repairs needed. I was told, in a sneering tone that my parts are useless and won't be used, they will ONLY use their own sourced parts.

Earlier this week I tried to buy tires but they did not have the size I needed. After ordering the tires online I went back to have them mounted and was refused service because I did not buy the tires there. Poor service not being able to order my tire size had to do it myself. Bad business ethics forcing me to buy their brand with their overinflated price to get any service. In my opinion garbage worthless and a waste of time.

Had alignment done on same vehicle twice. First one caused front tires to prematurely wear, 2nd one steering wheel is crooked and they lost camber adjuster. Reached out to them about my issue and they couldn't have cared less. I'll go to dealership next time and pay the extra $20.

Had an appointment for winter tires and an alignment for my work car Monday. Unfortunately there was a mix up on the order and all seasons were ordered. They got me out of there with a loaner car and had the winter tires in the next day. You can't beat small town service.

We were on our way to Babbitt and picked up a nail in our tire. They got us in on the Friday before Labor Day at 4pm and had us on the road in 30 minutes. Very efficient and so accommodating. Highly recommended!
