I went to the bank a month ago to get in the full service area. The doors were locked. A teller said that it was closed even though I could see bank employees in there. The teller said that she could help me. When I explained my issues to her, she gave me the generic US Bank 800 number to call. That was her idea of help.I went back a week ago and the doors were locked again to the full service area. Again, there were employees in that area. A different teller was more concerned that my problem had not got resolved. She offered to go online with me and attempt to resolve it. There were only 2 tellers working the windows and the drive thru. I don't think that she would have had the time or expertise to resolve my issues. This was once the best full service bank on the Iron Range. Not any longer. Before, you were greeted by Merry who helped you with most things. If she couldn't she would send you to Jennifer or Heidi who would resolve any issue you had. I had even been helped several times by Dawn who was VP or Pres. of the branch. This was a first class well run financial institution. It's not even in the same multiverse anymore. Now, the doors are locked and they are not open? Is this a full service bank anymore? It doesn't appear to be. Maybe US Bank doesn't care about a small town branch anymore. Either that or someone is running it as cheaply as they possibly can. If so, it certainly shows. I don't know how else you could go so far downhill in your level of service. And I am an easy grader.

Drive-up teller opens at 10am.Closed from 11:30 to 12:30pm for lunch.Usually only one teller working.Not open on weekends.ATM doesn't always work. ?

I went to the drive through to cash a check. I pulled up to the window right at 4:00pm after a car had just left.The teller made me sit at the window for 2 minutes then rudely told me to come back in the morning to cash it. The Hibbing branch has always been great but unfortunately I live in Virginia so this is the one I use the most. I will definitely be looking for a different bank.

Worst branch ever! I bank with US Bank in Minneapolis and have no problems. My mom is recently deceased and the branch has been absolutely a rude, nightmare to work with. I've even had regional management and special departments helping us because they are so awful. Look somewhere else, they are using Covid as an excuse to be terrible. Not a good reflection on US Bank as a whole.

Friday November 26th, 2021. I can't believe the Virginia MN branch. I was told by online to do a wire transfer I need to go to the branch. I went at 9:30 am and no people in the bank and one car in the drive thru. I was then told they could do the transfer on December 2nd. I told them I need it done today. They didn't care. This branch has gone downhill and is the WORST BRANCH AND BANK IN THE WORLD. Now I see why their reviews are 1. I would give US Bank a zero or minus 5 if I could.

They are efficient and very helpful even working short staffed. They are friendly and courteous, as well as very convenient to where I live

Gone down hill dramatically, no one answers the phone, hours are ridiculous , the 800 number is very helpful. Really no reason to bank here anymore. A credit union is more customer service oriented. May as well move to all online banking, no personal touch at all anymore. Website is good though.

Dont deposit an out of state check. Eventhough they said funds would be available once the check cleared, that is not the case. I have a copy of the check that my buddy gave me, showing it already cleared and they still will not release the funds. That's like robbery.
