To the postal worker on 3/11 in the afternoon: I can see you are overwhelmed and busy— possibly running a one man show. I can give grace— but treating customers as though they are an inconvenience and acting aggressive because someone requests to mail a package that involves customs, and an extra 5 minutes of your time & maybe a few questions about the form— leading to unprofessional, annoyed commentaries/eyerolls/sighs at both us and the customers behind us is a strange, bold mood. My daughter had requested that I come and help her mail the package— she had explained to me your previous behavior. I gave you the benefit of the doubt… but then as I stood with her and watched you grumble and make straight up passive- aggressive commentaries, I’m glad I came and witnessed what she was trying to explain to me so that I could explain to her the life lesson that everyone else’s behavior is mostly a reflection of their own internal landscape. I’m sorry the PO is short staffing you, but never in my 20 years as an Rn did I ever treat a person as an inconvenience for just having to do my job.

Super disappointed! One of my family members sent me something for Christmas (we did not know the contents). The delivery driver came twice and we must have just missed them. My partner and I work full time and are current busy additional work after our normal work day. BOTH times the driver left "sorry we missed you" notes on the door and did not fill out any of the information so we had no idea why they wouldn't just leave the package. BOTH times we signed the slips and put them back on the door hoping they would drop the package off with the correct signature. It took me going online to find out we needed to be 21+ to sign for it. I just got done sitting for 2 hours after leaving work EARLY at 3pm to wait for this package. When I checked the info online again after 5pm it said a attempt had been made at 4:15. I had been sitting in my front room since 3:30 and never saw a driver and they didn't leave a final notice. Never heard a knock and neither of my dogs noticed anyone coming onto the porch. Something they find very exciting. Now the package is being returned to sender and I don't even know why. Tried to contact this location and met with robot every time.

I have been reading these reviews and I really am quite surprised at people today. First of all... I am old but I worked for 41 years in the mining industry.I have seen a steady decline in people’s curtesy and patience. This has become the ENTITlEMENT country. Sorry folks there is a world out there! You are not the center of it. The people at the P. O. do a great job.For the person who said a post office is unnecessary, I’m not sure what cyber planet your on but people do need to see each other for business and look into a human beings eyes ! People and businesses still DO communicate by snail mail buddy.Enough said. Grow up.

Horrible customer service and plain rude . We hadn't got mail for over a week and called to see why. The woman told us the carrier fell coming up our steps therefore it was dangerous to deliver mail so the carrier just stopped with no note or explanation. It snows in Minnesota from Nov to April so the snow shouldn't come as a surprise and since the carrier always walked thru 3 ft of snow in our yard we didn't think there was an issue. We never use our front steps so we figured if there was an issue the carrier would have left a polite note explaining this and we would have been happy to help. Communication folks. Plain and simple. If we don't know there is an issue we can't fix it. And this post office has always lost our mail or delivered it to the wrong address.

So I'm not sure what the problem is, since this happens about fifty percent of the time, but if I have a package being delivered there's a chance I might not actually get it delivered. Let me just state for the record that I live in an area that's known for not being the safest. That being said, sometimes I can have items delivered straight to my door, other times they deliver a small package into a secure box connected to my mailbox. For some reason though, at least one carrier won't deliver anything that won't fit in the mail slot. I've intercepted him before to receive my packages, but I shouldn't have to. There are several places they can leave a package that are secure, on top of just knocking on the door. This is becoming unacceptable. If I could leave zero stars I would.

My visit to this post office was extremely unfriendly and disappointing....they gave me extremely misguided information when filing for a passport and had a very hard time being friendly.
