I had an awesome experience with Nick at Verizon in Virgina, MN. I've been telling everyone within earshot to stop and see if there's any better options available to them, my options blew me away! I walked in, ready to cancel and switch cell companies with a phone bill of $160, for a watch and phone that shared one line. He figured-out the extra charge, helped me fix it, set me up with a new iphone 17 pro, two new Gizmo 3s with their own lines, AND MY BILL WAS STILL $30 LESS!!!!! I get that this may have been timing- and may not happen to everyone, but he was helpful, straight-forward, and patiently explained the pros/cons of my options. He was great. Actually- both of the guys at that store were phenomenal. DEFINATELY RECOMMEND!

Worked with Leif at the Virginia store and he was able to fix all the problems with my port from my old company. I had been struggling with them for weeks. He took care of everything in under an hour. I was even able to upgrade my phone for next to nothing. Super professional. Clean store. Seems to be run well. Will do business again.
